NeNe Leakes Tried to Quit on 'Celebrity Apprentice' -- and Her Charity

Controversial reality star NeNe Leakes, who is currently competing to raise money for a charity on 'Celebrity Apprentice,' thought quitting wouldn't get her fired in an upcoming episode of the show. But Donald Trump didn't let her off that easy.

"NeNe signed up to be on the show to raise her profile, not money for her charity," a show insider tells me. "The fact that she mentions the organization for the first and only time last week proves NeNe was only in the game to help NeNe."

What NeNe didn't realize is that Donald Trump's policy is that everyone hears those dreaded words -- "you're fired" -- unless they win the game. And NeNe is no exception.

"It was obvious NeNe's past experience appearing on reality shows was very different from being on the 'Celebrity Apprentice,'" a contestant tells me. "Nothing about this show is staged or rigged to result in a desired outcome. Everyone has an equal chance of winning or getting fired. NeNe thought she was so special that she was an exception, and that by threatening to quit, Donald would beg her to stay and fire someone else. She was wrong."

NeNe was playing for Women Against Domestic Abuse, an organization that thankfully refuses to quit.

Yeah, this makes no sense at all unless the writer saw next week's episode and is spilling beans. I don't think I know what charity she is playing for so if she mentions it next week, we know she's being fired. We'll also know what team loses.

Dionn did challenge Trump, but that was on last week's show. Her "let me bite my nose off to spite my face" attitude didn't go over so well with Trump. Good riddence! This week the Women Won!

So Hatch gets 5 years but pedophile child rapist Jeffrey Epstein gets probation and Pedophile Roman Polanski gets an Oscar? I like Gary Busey. The man is a creative and talented man. One needs to remember that a number of year's ago he suffered a brain injury in a motorcycle accident. Most people with such an injury couldn't probably function. Gary is the exception. He speaks in a calm voice. Even when Meatloaf went off on him Gary remained stoic, when most people who have engaged Meatloaf. To Metloafs credit he later apologized. I'm glad Gary was left to play the game. Meatloafs accusations that Gary had stolen his paints showed me a side of Meatloaf that I would rather not ever see again. That man was scary.

I agree, I was very happy to see that Gary Busey did not react when Meatloaf went crazy. I really like Gary and I was glad that he stayed. He is a very unique, creative person and he adds a special element to the group. I was so glad that Meatloaf apologized to Gary and that Gary was so nice about it and forgave him right away.
