Company Files For Trademark Charlie Sheen Catchphrases

Ever wake up, drink some tiger blood and feel like you're winning at life?

Not for free and not for long, says a recent trademark application from company Hyro-gliff, which seeks to trademark Charlie Sheen's most iconic catchphrases.

RadarOnline.com reports that Hyro-gliff has filed applications to trademark phrases including "duh, winning," "tiger blood" and "rock star from Mars."

In addition to Sheen's ~~ramblings~~ wizardry, the company seeks to trademark the actor's name, signature and the poetically titled 'Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option' stage show that is currently touring the U.S.

Despite being panned by audiences, Sheen still has confidence in his act. Following a failed show in Detroit, the actor said, "Gotta go with what got you to the dance and give the people what they want. On the bus someone said, 'You know, we could just keep driving to LA.' I said, 'F**k that. That's what losers do. I won.'"

The other day I took a dump and yelled out "crapping!" while it happened. So I guess I'm going to file a trademark on that word.

I think with respect to your knowledge you lawyer might be playing a hours billed hike. your persona is a trade as an actor however the catch phrases you use are only trademark in context of your personas' performance.

After carefully reading these remarks several times, I think I am beginning to understand, at least partially, these statements.(Yes, I am proud of myself)
