Christina Aguilera Talks Britney Spears Friendship

Christina Aguilera is busy making the promotional rounds for her new gig on NBC's 'The Voice,' but she took some time to talk about her "old friend" Britney Spears, according to OK! Magazine.

Aguilera tweeted a congratulatory message to Spears last week when her album, 'Femme Fatale,' was released but admits she hasn't spent enough time listening to it to comment on it.

"You know what, I haven't heard the whole thing in its entirety," Aguilera said when asked about 'Femme Fatale.' "I've been really hard at work on this show. I haven't had quite the chance to go through the whole thing."

The singer only had nice things to say about her former pop music "rival," however.

"I am a huge supporter of her in light of the fact that both of our careers started off together and are still going and going strong," Aguilera said about Spears. "I just think at this point in the game it's extremely important to be supportive of fellow artists and especially females who get pitted against each other and torn apart."

Aguilera added, "As an old friend of mine from the 'Mickey Mouse Club,' I think it's important at this stage in the game to show my support."

Dude, you seem to only like those arftists that are embroiled in some sort of legal and mental issue but bash anyone that has had success in their careers. Jealous much?
Brittany was a washup long agao, she never had any talent aside from her choreographed dancing (which, she eventually screwed up).

Christina has IT and has always had IT. Brittany sold out but Christina will stand her ground until the end.

There must be a few other tubbys out there that as well?
But I was referring to her bar hoping and running around, just used the word tubby as reference, BUT IF THE SHOE FITS!
