Curtis Stone Dishes About 'Top Chef Masters' With 'Top Chef' having cemented its place as one of the premiere cooking shows on television today, Bravo is continuing their expansion of spin-off series 'Top Chef Masters,' where they pit some of the country's greatest chefs against each other in quickfire and elimination challenges that would make any other chef go crazy.

This season, viewers will get the treat of seeing Australian import Curtis Stone every week as he
assumes hosting duties. Curtis has previously appeared on shows including 'The Apprentice,' 'The Biggest Loser,' and most recently 'America's Next Great Restaurant,' but this will be his first stint on 'Top Chef.'

We had a chance to sit down with Curtis and talk about his adventures leading up to his 'Top Chef' hosting gig, as well as his thoughts on food and who he'd like to cook it for.
