Troubled 'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Hits Beach

Jenelle Evans is making a splash ... and it's got nothing to do with the hot water the 'Teen Mom 2' star has recently been in.

Just days after being arrested for assault, Evans was all smiles as she strolled solo along the beach in Oak Island, NC. In a skimpy white bikini, the 19-year-old revealed tattoos on her hip, shoulder and back.

Following the online leak of the fight video that led to her arrest, Evans claimed Brittany Maggard, who can be seen pushing Evans into the fight with alleged victim Britany Truett, sold video of the scuffle to the media for $45,000.

Evans' son, Jace, is currently in temporary custody with her mother, Barbara. Last night's 'Teen Mom 2 Finale Special' proved that Jenelle's relationship with her mother remains strained.

"Is she lovable?" host Dr. Drew asked.

"No," Barbara said.

"She's not lovable. That's pretty heavy," Dr. Drew said. "What does she need to do to be lovable?

"She needs to be a kinder person," Barbara said. "Everything is just about Jenelle."

Her lobes look ridiculous that big of a size with that faceshape and that is a pretty mindless placement for a tattoo like that. Normally I'd say "To Each Their Own" but since she is such a genuinely bad person I couldn't care less.

Doesn't anyone realize that she's just doing it for all the attention that the media is giving her? That poor boy is the one who is suffering because of it. At least her mother is attempting to do something to try and allow him to have a stable life at home.

Her mother is the meanest old witch I have ever seen. She went to a lawyer to press charges on her own daughter & you should have seen the wind go out of her sails when he told her an arrest would probably mean the girl would never get a job. She's mean & spiteful & is just trying to get back at the girl for getting pregnant. And where is Janelle's father? I suspect Mean Momma is taking it out on Janelle for her being in the same situation 19 years ago. If momma is so concerned about her grandson, she could stop screaming in front of the child. She's already damaged him.

She doesn't look selfish or self-centered at all, NOT! She has her child taken away from, even temporarily, and what is she doing? Stolling and lounging on the beach smilling like she has not a care in the world. I would be at home crying my eyes out and trying not to freak out about my kid being gone!!!!

Both Jenelle and her mom are wrong. Jenelle does not respect her mom and her mom does not respect her. Yes, Jenelle needs to grow up and take responsibility for the things in her life. Mom needs to stop yelling. There was not one show that there was no yelling and mom always started it. I really feel for Jase! That baby would be better off in a another home away from it all.

everytime I saw that show, any time Jenelle tried to be a mom Barbara would put her down & tell her she was doing it wrong. Even putting a pair of pjs on him turned into an ordeal because supposedly Jenelle put the wrong ones on the poor pull toy-I mean baby. I don't think it's all about Jenelle. It's all about poor martyr Barbara

Jennelle is doing good to look the way she does Cuz the apple don't fallto far from the tree.. And the poor baby looks like the 2 of them... Just pray for that child, I'm surprised that the show allows that screaming and cursing around the baby. Verbal abuse is just as bad as her and her Mom fighting each other.

Look, im a 41 year old widowed mother of 2. I find Jenelles mother very annoying. Her voice just makes me turn the TV to mute. Her attitude sucks. Being a supportive mother she is not. She is also off her rocker. No wonder Jenelle is the way she is. IM surprised she's not worse. If I had amother like that I would be nuts.

I agree all grandma does is put her child down and scream at her for sometimes just speaking she is very mean to that girl.
The girl is the way she is because of the way she was raised.She will raise her grandchild the same way she will be screaming at him telling him he is unlovable too and the cycle goes on.

I haven't followed this show - at all. However I think it's a little harsh to judge her based on the fact that she is on the beach. BIG DEAL. Maybe she's trying to get away from her obviously troubled life for a few moments.

It's obvious even to someone who doesn't follow the show that there is a pattern here. Her mother doesn't sound like she is winning any parent of the year awards either.

I hope for the child's sake someone takes a deep breath and then figures out how to get their life in order.

When a child is so out of control at Janelle's young age, it is the mothers fault. She doesn't know how to parent. Janelle has got to grow up and regain custody of her son. If she doesn't the situation will only get worse. She tries to improve but has hooked up with a loser boy friend. She needs love so badly, she will go to anyone that loves her. Janell, learn to love yourself and stay in school. You will find someone someday if you focus. Good Luck!
