Kate Gosselin Sued By Marriage Counselor

Kate Gosselin is being sued for allegedly skipping the bill on more than $10,000 in marriage counseling fees, RadarOnline.com reports.

A complaint filed by Creative Energy Options in Pennsylvania's Freeland District Court claims that Gosselin owes $10,476 in unpaid fees.

The filing is for an "unpaid balance due for services 2/4/09 to 3/23/09. Client requested Dr. Sylvia Lafair fly to Los Angeles California to perform marriage counseling then refused to pay for travel fees."

Dr. Lafair confirmed to Radar that the suit had been filed, but would not comment on any specifics regarding the counseling which took place with Gosselin.

Gosselin's ex-husband, Jon, is not named in the lawsuit.

It's about time Kate Gosselin aka the GREEDY CHILD PIMP pay! She sucked off the state of PA; then sucked off people who "donated" to her and left paper towels on her door step. Newsflash to the nasty witch of that litter: DON'T GET INVITRO FOR KIDS YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO RAISE, LOVE AND CARE FOR OFF A TV CAMERA. Let her get a job like a most resposible parents. No one told her to buy a mansion. She had a great home (with everything a family needs and more) that she could have easily paid off. Her husband might have stayed if she didn't treat him like dirt.
This woman is the lowest form and I hope people wirte to TLC and tell them so they cancel her show soon.

why should john pay. she had the counselor fly to la while she was on dwts. and sucked at that to now she is going on talk show after talk show. why does,t tlc take her. and her bratty kids off the show .

Does not say Jon participated in these sessions....says that Kate arranged for them and travel expenses for flying from LA to her I'm sure added up quickly. She deserves to be sued, she treated Jon like dirt on camera, one can only imagine how she treated him off camera. Very controlling and manipulative. I can't believe they had her on DWTS either, she moved like she had a broomstick up her butt. I simply can't stand the -itch.

Kate is really disgusting. I have never watched her show, but I do know that this is someone who had all those kids with the thought in mind that she'd make a living off them. Indeed, she should get a job. It would be a lesson for every ignorant woman out there who thinks having a ton of kids would mean instant 'fame'. I read an awful lot about how horrid she was to be around on DWTS and that everyone on the show hated her. I can only imagine! She's talentless. She's really just 'white trash' playing the fame game.

Um, if KATE insisted she fly to LA to 'treat' her, then KATE is responsible. If John didn't sign as responsible party, then there you have it. And besides, the woman must have a written agreement, whereas Kate KNEW what the fees were before she contracted for the services. You can't call someone a moneygrubber if her fees are published and someone still wants her services. You know, of course, Kate thinks she's somehow 'talented' and a movie star. All I can see that she can do is cry on queue. She's just an irresponsible, egotistical octomom type who got there first in reality world.

what has that got to do with anything?? your like or dislike of her should not be put on her children either. children do not pick their parents, but are influenced by them, in which case I feel even more sorry for them that this is the only role model they have.
