Natalie Portman Says She's 'Too Old' to Smoke Weed

Although she looks every bit a fresh-faced beauty to us, Natalie Portman thinks that she's passed her ganja smoking prime.

While chatting with Entertainment Weekly about her forthcoming stoner flick, 'Your Highness,' Portman, 29, admitted that while she partook in the magic herb in her younger years, she isn't planning on lighting one up with her co-stars, James Franco and Danny McBride, anytime soon.

"I love stoner comedies. I smoked weed in college, but I haven't smoked in years," Portman told EW. "I'm too old. I wish I was that cool, but I'm like an old lady now. I'm in bed by 10 p.m. I can't do that anymore."

Fair enough. But we would have never suspected that this prim and proper Harvard grad, and now Oscar winner and mother-to-be, was ever that kind of party girl.

But 'Your Highness' isn't the only pass the pipe flick that Portman is attached to -- she's also set to appear in the comedy, 'Best Buds,' in which she'll embark on a marijuana inspired road trip.

But getting drunk when you're 30, 40, 50 is perfectly okay, right? Hypocrites.

What are you talking about, b? No one over 30 thinks getting drunk is "O.K." There's a difference between having a drink and getting drunk. I doubt Natalie Portman has been drunk in a long, long time, if she ever was.

She's "too old," or "too stupid?" I'll smoke before going to bed; it sure helps. Just remember the age old saying..."don't panic it's organic!" Before I work-out, I puff. Before any type of activity, I puff. I totally get into whatever it is I'm doing when I smoke!

I am angered that so many are flippant about ILLEGAL use of marijauna and actually, about the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol of all kinds! From Willie Nelson, Charlie Sheen and Natalie Portman and pretty much all of hollywood and media, we see glorification of this! Outrageous! What a shame. A true shame.
