Hollywood DJ Samantha Ronson took quite a spill this Saturday--and posted a photo to prove it. The 33-year-old ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan sported two black eyes and a split lip after getting in a bike accident, PEOPLE reports.Ronson posted a photo of her injuries on Monday with the message: "Wear a helmet kids!!!" She also Tweeted the photo saying, "Let this be a lesson... if you have a driver's license you probably don't need to be on a bmx bike."
"You should see what I looked like on Saturday," Ronson also told a Twitter follower. "Just a little uglier than usual. Other than that, Vicodin is handling the rest," she added with a smiley face emoticon.

She could have really injured herself worse than that. I think it's great she's reaching out to kids to WEAR HELMETS!! Head injuries can be extremely serious. Get better, Samantha.

Poor drug-ravaged body Samantha Ronson...what was she on a BMX bike at all in the first place! Looks like she was in a fist fight instead...lolol. She definately isn't physically fit to be operating even a bike. Does a corpse ride bikes? Duh!

I rode for Mongoose and what any pro knows is that the handle bars are suppose to be adjusted to a far forward position for anybody over 10.

She was the DJ opening for Usher at a private pre superbowl party. She was awesome!! She really rocked the house!
