Star Jones on NeNe Leakes: 'You Never Get Involved in a Pig Fight'

EXCLUSIVE: Star Jones has done everything in her power not to go down the same destructive road as fellow 'Celebrity Apprentice' star, NeNe Leakes, and has purposely avoided trashing her fellow contestants. But after Sunday's episode, where NeNe inflicts some personal attacks on La Toya Jackson, Star has unleashed the guns.

"You never get involved in a pig fight," Star tells me. "If you do, three things happen: you get dirty, you get tired, and only the pig has fun. It diminishes me to talk about her. I have so many other things going on in my life."

Star says that in the heat of the action on 'Celebrity Apprentice, when she's fired up most,' she has to stop herself from really going off.

"In my heart, I think 'pray, don't act crazy, your grandmother is watching, your sorority sisters are watching, you were raised better than this.'"

On Sunday's episode, NeNe landed the ultra-low blow by telling La Toya: "The only reason you've gotten this far is because of your last name."

The former 'The View' host and author of 'Satan's Sisters' says she knows there are people across the country that look to her to set a good example. "I know there are people that value my opinion," she says. "Plus, I'm not 20 minutes off the pole."

Star, who tells me she is enjoying her return to TV, doesn't want to be the center of the spotlight anymore. "Part of that was my fault when I made my personal life so much of the public conversation. It didn't help when I was going through so much: weight loss, and not being able to talk about it. On the one hand I'm so public and on the other hand I'm so private. Now I feel healthy and happy."

In the real world, you can't be going "Ghetto." NeNe should have known this. And what's more, these ladies need to know that this is the kind of portrayal the "Donald" would have you portrayed as. "Not ready" Hopefully, you're catching my drift.

Freakin Amazon boon can't help but be ghetto, that's in her blood obviously and with that group she's like having Danny Bonaduce on the Oscars. She couldn't get hired being Latoya's freaking shoe shiner or buttscratcher for that matter. What a ghetto ho.

Its a sad day when women tear each other down...i hate to see my gender get ugly with each other we have so much against us at times..I dont understand why NeNe feels its ok to call LaToya such horrible horrible names....My family is Bi-racial and NeNe showed how ugly ones race can be to its own,Its bad enough when others are rude and disrespectful...Its speaks volumes about her character and LaToya had her number and I am so glad she did not lower her self....NeNe take a page from Star and LaToya and learn the right way to be defensive....

NeNe(NoNo) is an absolute disgrace. I cannot believe she is allowed to act the way she does. I am also mad at the other ladies too for not being more supportive of LaToya. She gave her shirt of Michael's away to help and it just seems to me that they have from day one tried to get rid of her. NeNe should be fired strictly on principal as she has stooped so low and talked about everyone. I will be so glad when she is let go. What a poor excuse for a human being.

Star Jones' weight loss, I believe, was surgery. Was it not? She acts like she did it all on her own. She's one scary looking mother, and she always poses like she's some gorgeous babe....makes me want to puke. Neither woman is better than the other...whoever NeNe is...never heard of her. Is she even famous? Or a wannabe? Another skank, in my book.

Sorry folks, but NeNe calling LaToya "Casper the Ghost" was one of the funniest things on TV last night. I've never seen so many people in a family change color & noses. What a shame they are not proud to be Black.

I watched the show. Gary should have gone. Donald saved him for the ratings. Latoya and Marlee are my favorites but they will be fired because they are not snakes! I was even more ashamed by his daughter who knew he made the wrong decision. She is not as smart as I thought!

Nene has some really deep rooted problems, I think she is so full of envy & strife. She has sooooo much pent up anger in herselve, Nene really need to talk to Dr Phil. It's really distrubing to see her go one acting in this unseemly manner.
Nene needs a reality check.
