When Jill Zarin hit the red carpet at the TV Land Awards this weekend, the "Real Housewife" was looking a lot less like the sharp-tongued socialite we've come to know.

The feisty redhead has been a standout personality on "The Real Housewives of New York" from the beginning, with fans gravitating toward her quick wit and hot temper, but now it seems she may be an attraction to audiences for a different reason.

Zarin's face looked dramatically different, and it wasn't just the lack of her signature bangs. The 47-year-old mother's skin appeared tanned, taut, and -- dare we say it -- a bit tucked?

Dr. Jennifer Walden, a Manhattan plastic surgeon who has not treated the reality star, believes that Zarin's rejuvenated appearances is the result of multiple plastic surgery procedures.

So what's the real deal with Jill's new look?

"It appears Jill Zarin has had injectables like Botox to her crow's feet and forehead, as well as possible fillers to the nasolabial folds, or laugh lines," says Dr. Walden. "Also, it looks like she has had a rhinoplasty (or nose job), which served to straighten and narrow her nose."

Despite the changes to her appearance, Zarin tells PopEater's Rob Shuter that she hasn't had any work done.

"If I did, I would be the first to admit it," says the reality star. "When I had my breast reduction I was very open about it."

Just two days prior to showing off her updated look, Zarin appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live' showing off another new style in a Madonna-inspired outfit, complete with corset top and high ponytail.

Following the appearance, Zarin thanked her friends and fans via Twitter for their high praises of her sexy new appearance.

Wasn't a big fan of her look on WWHL...she looked like she was trying to hard to be 'young', but like she said-that's fashion!! However, that picture above with her sitting holding the dog-she looks pregnant!

She is much prettier in her before picture. Is very unattractive in the after picture. I don't watch the show. I think so called reality shows are a waste of time.

I dont know why she would attempt to hide the fact she has had work done. Jill is actually one of the more obvious changes I have seen in a while because she had alot done at once it appears.
She tried to cover up the nip and tuck so it just looked like botox and other fillers. By first bringing her eyebrow line down instead of the usual way UP when forehead is botox'd or tightend up. Smart manuver but we see thru it, LOL!!
She is also wearing her eyeliner just on the top to take away from the fact she had her eyes done.
Basically she had the work done, she has a good makeup artist who has went to alot of work a nd time to make it look like she didnt.
Also how in the world can she say she didnt do something with her nose? She has a large nose before and still a large one after but still more defined. She will probably eventually say she needed her nostrils cleaned out and thats how it turned out. :)
But still all in all she is still a gossip hound and trouble maker and has not learned to keep her mouth shut about other people. Its a shame because I used to like her.

Alicia, I always find it funny when people say they don't watch "reality shows because they are a waste of time" NO S**T that's why most people watch them, to avoid actual reality! It's for FUN!

P.S. Why would you read an article and write a post on something you don't watch? That actually seems like MORE of a waste of time!

Not a big fan of hers...Noticed the belly bump, too...But I did like the way her hair and makeup was done in the second pic...God, if all the old broads in NYC would just drop that "New York City Bang" look trying to recapture their youth and look cool...And if she did have work done...So whatski!
