When Jill Zarin hit the red carpet at the TV Land Awards this weekend, the "Real Housewife" was looking a lot less like the sharp-tongued socialite we've come to know.

The feisty redhead has been a standout personality on "The Real Housewives of New York" from the beginning, with fans gravitating toward her quick wit and hot temper, but now it seems she may be an attraction to audiences for a different reason.

Zarin's face looked dramatically different, and it wasn't just the lack of her signature bangs. The 47-year-old mother's skin appeared tanned, taut, and -- dare we say it -- a bit tucked?

Dr. Jennifer Walden, a Manhattan plastic surgeon who has not treated the reality star, believes that Zarin's rejuvenated appearances is the result of multiple plastic surgery procedures.

So what's the real deal with Jill's new look?

"It appears Jill Zarin has had injectables like Botox to her crow's feet and forehead, as well as possible fillers to the nasolabial folds, or laugh lines," says Dr. Walden. "Also, it looks like she has had a rhinoplasty (or nose job), which served to straighten and narrow her nose."

Despite the changes to her appearance, Zarin tells PopEater's Rob Shuter that she hasn't had any work done.

"If I did, I would be the first to admit it," says the reality star. "When I had my breast reduction I was very open about it."

Just two days prior to showing off her updated look, Zarin appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live' showing off another new style in a Madonna-inspired outfit, complete with corset top and high ponytail.

Following the appearance, Zarin thanked her friends and fans via Twitter for their high praises of her sexy new appearance.

No matter how much "work" this woman has had on the outside, she's still ugly and despicable on the inside. Where to start? Jill Zarin pathelogically lies, speaks ill behind people's backs, and is jealous of other's success. We all know she has no sense of style, in clothes or in home furnishings, speaks with the most hideous accent, and is ugly, with poor skin and features. But that's all OK. It's the inside of her that is truly foul, decaying and nauseating. Anyone who deals with her or her family in business or otherwise loathes her.

She looks like Jennifer Grey now. Who they hell gets a nose job at 47? You've lived with the nose for that long I'd think you'd learn to love it. Isn't it strange to look in the mirror and see a different face? JIll seems nice, but she apparently suffers from self-esteem issues.

The juvederm and hair look good...she just needs to work on her fitness, and more importantly, her happiness. She is desparate for attention, and overall, it is the personality that exudes beauty.

It looks like she had work done at first sight, BUT, when you take a better look, it's obvious that she most likely didn't:
1) Her nose looks thinner due to heavy shading on the sides
2) Her eyes look different due to fake eyelashes and heavy makeup
3) The bangs are out of her face
4) She looks slightly upward on the 'after' pic

Jill: Bangs down, too much face. A little work, thank goodness for modern medicine. As for the inside, I'll never watch the show after your cruel behavior towards Bethanny, just another "mean girl", we all know how the "game" is played.

I enjoy all the Housewives reality shows. If I didn't, I would change the channel and not watch. Life if too short to be mean because you don't like someone on TV. I may not agree with what they are saying or doing but, it is their life not mine. As for Jill's look, you can do fantastic things with makeup (change eyebrow lines, slenderize nose, etc.). If she had surgery, I do believe in being honest.

Jill looks gr8! I luv the fact that she has her own style and personality and doesnt look like the other bleached blonde, overly injected lipped and anorexic, like many other housewives. It amazes me that some women believe they have to be Barbie clones to attract a rich man. Rock on Jill!
