When Jill Zarin hit the red carpet at the TV Land Awards this weekend, the "Real Housewife" was looking a lot less like the sharp-tongued socialite we've come to know.

The feisty redhead has been a standout personality on "The Real Housewives of New York" from the beginning, with fans gravitating toward her quick wit and hot temper, but now it seems she may be an attraction to audiences for a different reason.

Zarin's face looked dramatically different, and it wasn't just the lack of her signature bangs. The 47-year-old mother's skin appeared tanned, taut, and -- dare we say it -- a bit tucked?

Dr. Jennifer Walden, a Manhattan plastic surgeon who has not treated the reality star, believes that Zarin's rejuvenated appearances is the result of multiple plastic surgery procedures.

So what's the real deal with Jill's new look?

"It appears Jill Zarin has had injectables like Botox to her crow's feet and forehead, as well as possible fillers to the nasolabial folds, or laugh lines," says Dr. Walden. "Also, it looks like she has had a rhinoplasty (or nose job), which served to straighten and narrow her nose."

Despite the changes to her appearance, Zarin tells PopEater's Rob Shuter that she hasn't had any work done.

"If I did, I would be the first to admit it," says the reality star. "When I had my breast reduction I was very open about it."

Just two days prior to showing off her updated look, Zarin appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live' showing off another new style in a Madonna-inspired outfit, complete with corset top and high ponytail.

Following the appearance, Zarin thanked her friends and fans via Twitter for their high praises of her sexy new appearance.

I think she looks amazing, regardless of her personality. The plastic surgery came out fantastic, she looks 10 years younger!!!

Another middle aged woman trotting around in clothing that's meant for a 20 year old. What pathetic loser...she is just about the most obnoxious woman on TV, with the exception of Kelly Bensimon and Ramona Singer.

She now looks like Jennifer Grey before her nose bob. When you have "work" done - a new, totally different hairstyle helps with the transition. People aren't sure what they're seeing;-)

She's definitely had work done and looks younger... Trashy... but younger. I thought she looked good for her age and graceful before. I don't know if it's the tired hairdo, makeup or what but she looks like trailor trash in the after photo above. She should fire here stylist. I'll need to see her made up differently a few more times before I can decide if she should sue her plastic surgeon.

I'm not crazy about Jill's look on WWHL but then fashion is supposed to be fun, kudos to her for trying. As for the "work" she had done........SO WHAT! If you have the money aren't hurting anyone else then why not go for it. The women that dont' have work done or say they want to "age gracefully" are usually women who can't afford it. There is nothing wrong with fighting gravity or with changing a feature you don't like to give yourself self confidence.

Whoever brought up Bethenny, well I think Bethenny has alienated her in-laws and her husband. At the rate Bethenny is going she'll be divorced in a couple years and Jill will still have Bawwwwwby and Ally.
