When Jill Zarin hit the red carpet at the TV Land Awards this weekend, the "Real Housewife" was looking a lot less like the sharp-tongued socialite we've come to know.

The feisty redhead has been a standout personality on "The Real Housewives of New York" from the beginning, with fans gravitating toward her quick wit and hot temper, but now it seems she may be an attraction to audiences for a different reason.

Zarin's face looked dramatically different, and it wasn't just the lack of her signature bangs. The 47-year-old mother's skin appeared tanned, taut, and -- dare we say it -- a bit tucked?

Dr. Jennifer Walden, a Manhattan plastic surgeon who has not treated the reality star, believes that Zarin's rejuvenated appearances is the result of multiple plastic surgery procedures.

So what's the real deal with Jill's new look?

"It appears Jill Zarin has had injectables like Botox to her crow's feet and forehead, as well as possible fillers to the nasolabial folds, or laugh lines," says Dr. Walden. "Also, it looks like she has had a rhinoplasty (or nose job), which served to straighten and narrow her nose."

Despite the changes to her appearance, Zarin tells PopEater's Rob Shuter that she hasn't had any work done.

"If I did, I would be the first to admit it," says the reality star. "When I had my breast reduction I was very open about it."

Just two days prior to showing off her updated look, Zarin appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live' showing off another new style in a Madonna-inspired outfit, complete with corset top and high ponytail.

Following the appearance, Zarin thanked her friends and fans via Twitter for their high praises of her sexy new appearance.

to the 4% who voted jill doesn't look like she had work done.. you must be looking at the wrong picture. she definitely had a nose job and some botox, it's waaaaaaaaaay to obvious her face looks 10-15 years younger, and the rest of her body(skin) doesn't.. that's silly.

I think I get Jill. She really was a good friend to Bethaney from what I saw, and I believe she really is sorry for what happened to the relationship. Frankly, I always thought Bethaney and Jill would work it out, they may still..... Bethaney, by her own admission has serious issues, although since marrying Jason and seeing the therapist she is way better in her relationships. I like her. And, on topic, if Jill did have her face done, there sure is nothing wrong with that, if you can afford it it and you want to look younger I say go for it. As long as you do IT for yourself and not for others.

shannon she is not as child she was like sixteen years of age,now hello sorry have you seen this kid she relys on rich mommy for everthing a private 5,000 dollar little plane to take her to fat camp sorry no i,m not hatefull ever,,i just think of all the starvin kids in the world and all the orphans of aids victims in africa alone that could use five thosand dollars worth of water rice or bread..yeah and i stick with my words i,d have made lazy girl walk.or take the bus or car like most people would..then again most people dont go to fat camp either..peace n love out and god bless the needy kids in the world i lay in bed at nite and think of them often and all i can do is pray for them for now...and i was ,nt picking on the daughter she is a nice kid, the point was the mouth zarin bragging about the private plane caling out bobby bobby you have to get me a private plane...no refelection on the child..

Zarin is one ugly broad. She's self-absorbed. She dresses like she's 21 - which she's nowhere near. She's a bully. She's a lying, vicious woman who thinks she's better than everyone. She's a fake. To maker herself feel better, she repeats over & over & over: "I'm a kind person" . . . "I'm a good person." While the Housewives shows are edited, "they" don't put the words into her mouth - she utters those words herself. She's a pathetic woman. Her friends? If they're anything like her, they're two-faced liars, fakes who use each other for their own purposes. Andy Cohen's recent "Live..." had one of their regular poll questions - at the end of the program - it should most responding viewers were on Ramona's "team" not Jill's. Self-absorbed Jill said the Poll was crooked! She'd better get some of Kelly's meds. She's sick!

I actually think Jill looks so much better in the first photo. Seriously. I don't know why these women have nose jobs etc. Aren't they happy with what they were born with? Man, you can always tell when any women have botox or work done. So obvious.

I also think she was jealous of Bethenny Frankel.

As always, Zarin insults my intelligence. The surgical work done on her visage is obvious (although useless). A lifetime of jealousy and a hateful spirit have given a hard ugliness to her features that even the most skilled surgeon cannot soften.

I use to think 50 was old but I was lucky to have graet genes, no one in my family needs surgery to look young, we still get hit on by younger men , and yet the younger men ( nd girls) look so old!!
I think the nastier you are the worse you age, Also eating meat is a big ager. One thing for sure, you will all get old, it happens faster than you think, so dont knock it!
