A Very Belated Second Date for Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Aniston?

Are Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Aniston secretly dating again?

A source tells PEOPLE that the pair, who went out on a date in 2009, have been in touch recently. "In the past few weeks, they have stayed in contact," the insider said.

"Jen always had a soft spot for Bradley, and she thinks he is very attractive and charming," the source added.

Cooper just split from girlfriend Renee Zellweger, whom he began dating shortly after being seen with Aniston.

Nearly two years ago, in May of 2009, there were rumors that Cooper and Aniston were an item, but the 'Hangover' star denied them. "I met her three times in my life," he told PEOPLE at the time. "My mom loves it, but unfortunately it's not true."

Then in June of 2009, Bradley and Jen were seen at dinner in New York City. Photogs even caught a pic of the two together on their night out. (They dined at Italian eatery Il Cantinori.)

A source commented of the situation then to PEOPLE: "It was a date. She is taking it slow. She is obviously looking for love, but is not about to rush into anything."

But later, Cooper would explain to the magazine that it was just a friendly meal. "She's a friend of mine. Simply, simply, just a friend."

The actor, who will next be seen in 'The Hangover Part II,' divorced wife Jennifer Esposito in 2007 and the actress, of course, split from husband Brad Pitt in 2005.

Will this be Brad(ley) and Jen, part deux?

Just take a look at Brad Pitt and how miserable he is with all those freakin kids and crazy as can be wife and now you know why she is being careful. Had he stayed with Jennifer he would have had a normal life. He looks terrible too! Thanks to his psyco wife Angelina. You can see worry written all over his face!

Know what? I use to think Brad wouldn;t be happy with Angelina but guess what? I bet you anything he IS! Brad wants to cure the woes of the world just like Angelina. he found a soul mate in her. If Brad wasn ot happy he;d leave, just like he left Jennifer and I think I now see a little why...jen is BORING. Jennifer Anniston cannot seem to get a guy and that tells me something's wrong with her.

I heard Jennifer had problems with her own mother whom she was not close to. I think Jen became like a child Brad had to care for...to give her nurturings he never jad. She always just looks like that to me; Like she needs to eb taken care of. Well, that care taker role will do men in. They want a strong woman, believe me, and I never thought I'd say it but Angelina has earned my respect....She gt her man and kept him!

jen just always looks weepy to me. Something's wrong.

Brad went on television and said that he wanted kids more than anything, it was heart wrenching
Now he has kids....
and to me he seems happy with 'all those freaking kids' as you
call them
Relationships are never perfect,
but he appears to be happy
He takes his kids and partner with him when he travels etc
and even if their relationship may not be perfect.....
he seems contented.
His partner Angelina may not be the 'most normal person'
but for now he is making it work with her
Personally, I think he looks fine and still very hot
Also, nobody is holding a gun to his head, if he wanted to
walk away he can,
he has enough money to pay child support etc etc

With all the despicable/vile behavior of what Brad and Angelina did to her, Jen deserves to find happiness. Throughout that entire ordeal she acted like a lady. It amazes me that the media gloridies Brand and Angelina they way they do. He's a cheater and she has no conscience or remorse of what she did. Jen is better off without them. She is so far above them and has gone on with her life and if Brandley Cooper and she work out, why not.

Why does the news/tv writers keep trying to marry-off Jennifer Aniston to any available male. The writers beat the Jennifer/Brad Pitt divorce to death. Jennifer will have to find true love on her own;now the entertainment media will have to butt-out of Jennifer's love life. Also, she was good in "Friends," an ensemble cast, just like Charlie Sheen's "Two And a Half Men." I don't recall any other show she has had noteable success in.
