'Housewives' Cast Shocked by Jill Zarin's 'Taut' Face

EXCLUSIVE: While 'Real Housewife' Jill Zarin told me (first!) that her new look has nothing to do with plastic surgery, other members of the 'NYC' cast tell me they don't believe it. How else, they argue, can you explain the reality star's remarkable transformation?

Zarin, 47, denies getting any work done -- "If I did, I would be the first to admit it," she told me -- but her critics aren't so convinced.

"I really don't know what to think." Ramona Singer tells me. "If you see her in the photos, her face looks different. Personally I like her other look better."

Ramona tells me that Sonja Morgan, another NYC housewife, is certain that Jill has had numerous "injectables" put into her face. "It does make her face look too taut and not as natural," Ramona says.

Jill has admitted to going to famous cosmetic dermatologist Patricia Wexler. "Jill overdid it. It's not the best look. Too much injectables look as bad as a bad face-lift," a puzzled Ramona told me.

And it's not just the females on Bravo's hit show that are giving Jill a hard time.

Simon Van Kempen, who we often see on the show and is launching his own web series, tells me, "I certainly think it's better to age gracefully than pull yourself so tight that you can no longer show facial expressions."

Last week, Jill appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live!' sporting a distinct Madonna look. Simon sniped that "with her face the way it is now, it looks like Jill can no longer do a rendition of Madonna's 'Express Yourself.'"

Why, oh why does anyone CARE about these no-talent 'housewifes'? I'm so sick of seeing their faces and their names. And of course, they are all so self-absorbed, that there's nothing 'real' about them to begin with.

Who is Jill trying to kid? That's an entirely different nose! And the skin on her neck is tighter. Much as I hate it, I agree with Ramona. Jilly looked better before.

Odd that she would admit to a boob job, but not facial surgery.

I have never seen a more jealous person than that Ramona. I stopped watching the show because of her and actually, she could use a face lift and do something with those awful eyes.

Jill can say she hasn't done anything, but how does the tip of your nose turn up without something being done? I'm not liking her so much any more. She was my favorite a couple of seasons ago, but now she seems evil, vindictive, and "plastic". Sorry Jill...it's not such a good look for you.

She definitely did something! Jill is a know liar. Saw her on the after show in a Madonna looking outfit. Wasn't sure if that was a joke. She said she was doing something new....it was ridiculous. Maybe Jill is going through a mid-life crisis? Instead of overhauling her look, she should worry about overhauling her nasty self-involved attitude. The world doesn't revolve around you Jill. You are rude, self-centered, a liar, selfish, jealous and seam to think you are "The Star" of the show. What a bunch of garage that these shows are "reality" They all seam to be putting up some front / show for the cameras. That is what makes them all look like idiots! Is this really who they want the world to see them as? What ever happen to integrity?

You can clearly see Jill had Rhinoplasty and injections. She now looks like a 57 yr old woman, don't these women realize that when you reach a certain age and getting work done makes them look older.She looked silly last week on Watch What Happens Live with that 1990 Madonna ponytail.
People have to realize no matter how much work you get done you will NEVER look 21 again, infact it makes these people look twice their age.

As a Medical Aesthetician I would agree that she has definately had rhinoplasty done. The difference is obvious! The eyes appear differant, as well, indicating possible lower lid surgery. Typically, our eyes is the first area on the face that tends to loose it's laxity. Botox and filler is also obvious.

Injectibles??? That doesn't account for the new nose! It's a total plastic surgery job. And it looks very bad.

Totally agree. She had her nose done and it was done very badly.

She's ridiculous if she thinks we don't know she had some work done. Either she went under the knife or had injectables. Either way her face looks terrible now around the cheeks and eyes.

OMG LOLLOLOL, she was not so hot before but this is really bad. Her body needed work more then her face, She looks terrible in designer clothes,infact if I was a designer i would be horrified if she wore my clothes. She's built like a fire hydrant and now she looks like some old lady trying so hard to look young.

I agree Rikki...so obsessed with looking young that they wind up looking worse! I happened to catch an episode today of Jill and her mother choosing a dress for Jill like a mother would with a teenage daughter and all i could think was "what is wrong with her mother wearing such dramatic 'winged' eyeshadow to make her eyes look raised" it's pathetic....only shallow people are like this who never REALLY got to know themselves by themselves...it's all about things and appearance...pretty sad
