'Housewives' Cast Shocked by Jill Zarin's 'Taut' Face

EXCLUSIVE: While 'Real Housewife' Jill Zarin told me (first!) that her new look has nothing to do with plastic surgery, other members of the 'NYC' cast tell me they don't believe it. How else, they argue, can you explain the reality star's remarkable transformation?

Zarin, 47, denies getting any work done -- "If I did, I would be the first to admit it," she told me -- but her critics aren't so convinced.

"I really don't know what to think." Ramona Singer tells me. "If you see her in the photos, her face looks different. Personally I like her other look better."

Ramona tells me that Sonja Morgan, another NYC housewife, is certain that Jill has had numerous "injectables" put into her face. "It does make her face look too taut and not as natural," Ramona says.

Jill has admitted to going to famous cosmetic dermatologist Patricia Wexler. "Jill overdid it. It's not the best look. Too much injectables look as bad as a bad face-lift," a puzzled Ramona told me.

And it's not just the females on Bravo's hit show that are giving Jill a hard time.

Simon Van Kempen, who we often see on the show and is launching his own web series, tells me, "I certainly think it's better to age gracefully than pull yourself so tight that you can no longer show facial expressions."

Last week, Jill appeared on Bravo's 'Watch What Happens Live!' sporting a distinct Madonna look. Simon sniped that "with her face the way it is now, it looks like Jill can no longer do a rendition of Madonna's 'Express Yourself.'"

Wow, that's a huge difference! I don't know why she would do that...she was actually extremely pretty before this. She had a very natural look and while she may look a bit younger, that natural look is gone.

....This is so ridiculous. This does not look like a simple face lift. She had her surgeon totally transform her into some other person (and incidently, not a very pretty one either). Who is she trying to hide from...a bookie she owes money to?

She could pluck, suck and pull her body any which way but like my ma always told me: Pretty is as pretty does. This said, Jill continues to act downright ugly.

Get over it and get real, Jill...are you really THAT insecure that you have to lie about something so insignificant these days, even though everyone and their mother (and father) is doing it....nose job, botox and lift...NO DOUBT...why be ashamed of it???.... after all no one is perfect...OWN UP and PLEASE GROW UP....you appear more and more to be a spoiled, rotten princess, insecure and vicious, especially since you told LuAnn before that tennis match that "you were out for "revenge' with Ramona....Revenge, Jill?? where is your head at? Karma is inescapable so learn to be more loving and not so insanely materialistic...You both need therapists.

Not sure which photo is supposed to be an improvement but she looks better on the left photo.She looks about 10 years younger on the left.

The poor thing looked better before. In any case it's more than just botox. Her nose is a different shape, and the contours of her face are different too.

Not that anyone cares, but this woman went from being really beautiful to being really ridiculous looking. If she didn't have a surgical facelift, then she had about a quart of silicone injected into her face. I've rarely seen anything quite this bad since the "Lion" lady. What a sad, sad, shame. It's as bad as the Kenny Rogers facelift.

The show stinks, but whether she did or didn't, I think she looks great in the upper right picture! Everybody wants to look their best, so what difference does it make how a person gets there?
