Zsa Zsa Gabor, 94, Could Become a Mother Again
According to an astonishing new report from
CNN, ailing 94-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor could become a mother again if husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt has his way.
Gabor would have a child via an egg donor, artificial insemination and a surrogate mother, von Anhalt tells CNN.
"I've gone through the initial steps of donor matching and blood work and next week the donation process will begin," he says.
Gabor's daughter Francesca Hilton, the Hollywood fixture's only child and often a vocal counterpoint to stepfather von Anhalt, told CNN, "That's just weird."
"In life you need something to live for," von Anhalt says. "If my wife passes away before me, I have nothing to live for."
Gabor has been in and out of the hospital numerous times in the past year, enduring a hip replacement and eventually a
leg amputation.
"I'm a retired guy," von Anhalt says of a new child. "I can take care of it."
He tells CNN that Gabor spoke about having a child with him when they wed 25 years ago; she reportedly revisited the topic with her husband recently.
"One reason is their desire to have someone carry on the famous Gabor name," CNN writes. "None of her two sisters left an heir and her only child does not use the Gabor name."
That info, via Prince Frederic, seems suspect; Francesca Hilton tells CNN her full name is in fact Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton.

I AGREE, two idiots want to "feel better" by adopting a child? By the time that paper work is through, they'll be dead! and that baby will be with a relative......oh how stupid people can and will be.

I AGREE with you. The Gabor sisters have been apart of my live for over 40yrs. It saddens me to think her husband has to put her through this at this time in her life...She was always so beautiful and charming. Dress her up and lets enjoy her for the person she is. He need's to stop making a fool of her..

Not necessarily so. I have seen it happened where the younger one dies first. He is not spring chicken himself.
This man should be put in an insane asylum as he has totally gone off the deep end. He should have Zsa Zsa taken out of the house and his care as he certainly does not have her best interest at all. Her daughter should take legal steps to get this lunatic as far away from her mother as possible. He is a true sicko....

JOAN, BOTH OF THEM SHOULD BE REFFERED TO A SHRINK REAL QUICK. Why hasn't the daughter interviened to seeked out legal medical advice so that the insemenation is stopped. Totaly OUTRAGEOUSE AND SICK. Thet should be a law against lunacy of this magnitude.

The "prince" could add Gabor legally to his already lengthy last name before the baby arrives...
There is no way ZsaZsa can give informed consent. If they didn't do this 20 years ago why would he do it now? I say it's all about money and crazy.
