Miley Cyrus Doesn't Feel the Love from America, Foregoing US Tour

Apparently it's not a 'Party in the U.S.A' for Miley Cyrus anymore. Instead of keeping things local, Miley is headed to South America and Australia for her forthcoming Gypsy Heart Tour which is set to kick off on April 27.

But why is Cyrus fleeing the country? Turns out she isn't feeling the love from America.

"I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don't know if they want me to tour or not," she told Fox News. "Right now I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most love and Australia and South America have done that for me."

But Miley is doing more than just touring abroad, she's also withholding her music from her American fans -- she released her cover, 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn' in Australia and currently has no plans to bring it home.

As of yet, Cyrus will not be touring her new album, 'Can't be Tamed,' at all in the U.S. Her American fans will have to splurge on a plane and concert ticket to see Cyrus live this summer.

Miley only wants to go "to the places where I get the most love. Don't want to go anywhere where I don't feel completely comfortable with it," she said.

So what's got the pop star so jilted on her mother country? We've got no clue. Her family drama seems to be mending itself -- dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, just called of his divorce from wife, Trish -- and her U.S. records sales have been through the roof. How's that for showing some American love?

As for her family: "My family is good. They are stoked for tour. As long as I'm happy they are happy."

It sounds like everything is swell in the Cyrus household but what's one family who won't be sharing in the happiness? Cyrus' American fans. Cyrus would rather struggle through her subpar Spanish in South America.

"I Speak zero Spanish," she said. "I actually failed Spanish so I will have someone with me making sure I can get through my way."

I thought she was too much of a goody goody when she came into the spotlight. Then she's shown smoking some kind of drug and partying like a girl with no morals. Thanks to her dad she got where she is. Thanks to herself she won't last long. Good bye Miley!

Well, she is pretty smart where this American is concerned, because I don't like Miley at all. She had a chance to be a decent role model for young girls, they were the ones that made her famous. Instead Miley she threw her young fans overboard and showed no respect for herself or her fans. There is a way to grow-up with dignity in the public eye, and she blew it. Just my thoughts!

'As long as I'm happy they are happy'....This is what she says about her parents? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Parents who do everything to make their children happy, leave little room for the child to find happiness within themselves.

Although I am not someone who "loves" or "hates" Miley, I think Miley and her team of advisers need to take the blame for where she is and why she has lost a large part of her fan base. I liked her earlier stuff as she was breaking out of the Hannah Montana role, but then she went way over the top and offend a large group of potential fans. She needs to get some personal direction and some people around her that can give her some professional direction. She is only 18 and could have a great career if she can find a better course. My biggest disappointment in Miley is that she and her family strongly expressed the Christian beliefs and yet took an obviously non Christ-like direction in their lives. What a sad example to those that see her in the spotlight and believe that is how Christians are to act. Sad.

Well, for once she is absolutely right! We don't love her! Infact, we don't even like her!!! That's why her products are in the 99cent store right now, because no one wants to buy them. She is like Willow Smith and others who are only in the business becasue their parents got them in the business whether they have talent or not, and Miley (nor Willow)does NOT have any talent or looks at all. She is as ugly as her father and she has a hunch back because she doesn't know how to stand up straight. She'll be a has-been soon enough, so go on over seas, Miley, we really don't care!

Touring in America would not only benefit our economy, but it would lift her fans spirits. Miley Cyrus clearly only cares about herself. Excellent role model for her young fans *sarcasm*. She doesn't want to help the US? She shouldn't be living in the US then.
