'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Pleads Guilty to Drug-Related Charges

'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans appeared in a North Carolina court Thursday and and pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, according to TMZ.

Evans, 19, and her boyfriend Kieffer Delp were caught breaking into an abandoned house to smoke marijuana last October.

However, Evans will get a chance to clear her record this time around, as the judge ordered her to 24 hours of community service.

Once completed, the paraphernalia charges will be dropped. Two other charges stemming from the incident -- marijuana possession and breaking and entering -- have already been dismissed.

According to RadarOnline.com, Evans must also be tested monthly for drugs and alcohol as part of her probation.

Evans, who is mom to 19-month-old son Jace, stars on the hit MTV reality series 'Teen Mom 2.' Her intense screaming matches with her mother, Barbara, were televised on the show and a March 25 brutal altercation have thrown the teen mom into the spotlight.

Evan's next court appearance is on April 26 to answer charges for that altercation, which involved two other girls.

This little piece of spam sucking trailer trash needs to have her butt tanned. I only wish that just because she is on TV that people look at her like she is some kind of star. She is nothing more than white trash and should do some time in jail to maybe make her respect her elders a little more. She may run into someone that really can mess her up if she mouths off like that.....but from what I have seen on-line she only picks on the weak.

This girl is trash. She should have given up her baby for adoption so he had a chance. Her mom is doing her best but shouldn't be put in this situation. It's pathetic for MTV to capitalize on the fact that she's a big loser dumping on her mom and child.

Okay, so has her child been removed by the state yet for child endangerment? I have to ask, or is she some how protected because she is "famous".

The only reason why her child has not been removed is because her mother did the right thing and went to court and removed custody from her daughter. The child appears to be well cared for by his grandmother, who works hard at a job paying not much more than minimum wage. The grandmother should be able to relax at her age, not deal with problems brought on by a spoiled brat.

FYI her mother has custody of her son and has been very strict about her house rules. The girl can't even take her son to the park without his grandmother's permission and supervision.

TJ She signed custody over to her Mother, this girl has some real issues not only with no respect but thinking she deserves all kinds of forgiveness from everyone from her Mother to the courts, she feels she does nothing wrong. I watch the show, and some of these young girls rise to the responsibilities with their childrens best intrest in mind, others like Janelle and Amber need a reality check, they should be put into a home for uncontrolable girls. I don't get how they can be paid for messing up their lives and their childrens.

I am a democrat and I was a teen mom. There is nothing glamorous about it but Not all teen moms live on welfare. I went to school, got my GED went on to college and now have a very successful and great paying job in Physical Therapy. As for my daughter, who also doesn't live on welfare, she got a degree and works in the medical field as well. It isn't a democrat or republican thing, it is poor choices the teen mom makes.
