Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Goes Back to Rehab

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller has checked into rehab after a week of bizarre behavior.

TMZ reports that Mueller entered rehab after a week of alleged drug binging.

On Friday, it was reported that Mueller had refused to do a drug test even though it was required under the terms of her custody settlement with Sheen.

The 33-year-old has reportedly entered rehab as a precautionary step should Sheen's lawyers bring up the drug test issue in court.

Mueller currently has the custody of the couple's twin boys, Max and Bob. The twins were removed from Sheen's house last month after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Mueller.

This is the second time Mueller has entered rehab. She had previously checked into a rehab center for alleged drug and alcohol abuse issues in 2010.

Mueller was caught on camera last week trying to pawn a pricey watch and stereo equipment in an attempt to get some quick cash.

Some of Mueller's friends are reportedly concerned that she is using drugs again because of alleged calls asking for clean urine and her recent cash concerns, despite the hefty $55,000 she receives from Sheen each month.

She's a wackjob. I feel really sorry for her kids, having parents that messed up. It's really sad that she gets 55 thousand a month to go out and party and snort crap up her nose.

Either you choose to use drugs, or you choose NOT to. What's with these idiot celebs these days who think it's cool to spend their millions of dollars on drugs, then spend MORE millions on rehab?

You said it.55 thousand dollars can buy you a lot of wholesome healthy fun.

But you know when i was in college I knew people who woud do 1500 worth of coke in a weekend...and Id think...you could have rented a sail boat for that,filled it with beer and steak, invited 10 friends and made some great memories. Instead, you sat in a dark room for two days and hollowed out your sinuses. Good job!!

Those poor boy little boys....both parents so messed up with drugs! They are being shuffled around from their mom, maternal grandmother & from what I've read...Kathy Hilton has even "baby-sat" for the twins every now & again. Kathy Hilton is a friend of Brooke's !! Even when the boys are with Brooke or Charlie the visits are rigidly "supervised"! What a childhood they are going to have. GEES!

I have to agree with you Karren. Their parents are so messed up, neither one of those children needs to be with them. It's just really sad to see these children going through this mess with their parents. I just hope someone steps up and take those children away from their messed up parents.

It sure doesn't seem like either parents is thinking of their children. What a shame. I am very surprised Social Services hasn't stepped in yet.

I thought social services did step in. That's when they were removed from Charlie's house. Sad to say but he appeard to be more attentive to them and he had an entire staff helping him. Don't know what Brooke's situation was but it looks like she isn't able to keep of the drugs to be the mother they need.

Who is protecting the twins from those weirdos/definately irresponsible parents ?.
Someone needs to step in before we read that something has happend to those small children.
I can only imagine what kind of people those kids will be when grown up. Alcoholics, cheaters...liars. Sad if the future is already written for them. The twins deserve a good , stable and safe home.
