Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Goes Back to Rehab

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller has checked into rehab after a week of bizarre behavior.

TMZ reports that Mueller entered rehab after a week of alleged drug binging.

On Friday, it was reported that Mueller had refused to do a drug test even though it was required under the terms of her custody settlement with Sheen.

The 33-year-old has reportedly entered rehab as a precautionary step should Sheen's lawyers bring up the drug test issue in court.

Mueller currently has the custody of the couple's twin boys, Max and Bob. The twins were removed from Sheen's house last month after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Mueller.

This is the second time Mueller has entered rehab. She had previously checked into a rehab center for alleged drug and alcohol abuse issues in 2010.

Mueller was caught on camera last week trying to pawn a pricey watch and stereo equipment in an attempt to get some quick cash.

Some of Mueller's friends are reportedly concerned that she is using drugs again because of alleged calls asking for clean urine and her recent cash concerns, despite the hefty $55,000 she receives from Sheen each month.

just feel so very so for the children these very sick people
(Sheen/Mueller) have procreated. What kind of examples are they
witnessing? The cycle will repeat itself unless these selfish,
egotistical maniacs get control of their lives. GROW UP!

Guess she could pre-arrange her own drug tests like Sheen so she can be sure she is clean. Then run immediatly out the door to get a fix! Both of these people should be randomly tested if they want custody......Neither of them should have custody! The grandparents from both sides should step in and get control of the kids and share them, it's their best bet!

It's a shame that there are so many good people wanting children but unable to conceive. Then these idiots pop out kids for their own ego trip and give those unfortunate children such a horrible life. Both parents are drugged, drunken idiots and those children should be placed with responsible parents who can teach them how to be resposible adults and who have the time to give them the love and attention they deserve.

How can these people who are so fortunate...blessed with great genetics, physically attractive, intelligent, talented, and having been rewarded with hugh payrolls that have given them finantial security and opulence, fail so miserably in their personal lives? If Charlie doesn't have the children and she is in rehab who is taking care of them ? Poor babies . They had a difficult time from the beginning when they were born so premature . And now all this . Their mom is a drug addict and their dad has gone cuckoo . These babies deserve better than this .

Please give those little boys to someone who can actually take care of them. However it sounds like Charlie, the Goddesses, and the nannies had everything covered better than Brooke. Did she really want these babies?

Addiction is an illness but it is a controlable illness you choose whether you want to be sick the first time you use no one has to suffer from this illness. I think the boy's should be adopted out so that they don't ever have to live through the hell of drug addicted parents.
There inheritence could be held in a private trust until they are college graduates. It would greatly decrease the chances of them going down the same sad path.
If anyone else in the family had an interest in taking them they would have already done so because I'm sure their petition would be granted.

This is a sickness, the children have it in their genes and most likely will have problems their whole lives from being in brought into this world by 2 addicts. All you can do is pray for them and hope that they get help early on so they can fight this problem.
