Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Goes Back to Rehab

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller has checked into rehab after a week of bizarre behavior.

TMZ reports that Mueller entered rehab after a week of alleged drug binging.

On Friday, it was reported that Mueller had refused to do a drug test even though it was required under the terms of her custody settlement with Sheen.

The 33-year-old has reportedly entered rehab as a precautionary step should Sheen's lawyers bring up the drug test issue in court.

Mueller currently has the custody of the couple's twin boys, Max and Bob. The twins were removed from Sheen's house last month after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Mueller.

This is the second time Mueller has entered rehab. She had previously checked into a rehab center for alleged drug and alcohol abuse issues in 2010.

Mueller was caught on camera last week trying to pawn a pricey watch and stereo equipment in an attempt to get some quick cash.

Some of Mueller's friends are reportedly concerned that she is using drugs again because of alleged calls asking for clean urine and her recent cash concerns, despite the hefty $55,000 she receives from Sheen each month.

50 grand a month and she is stealing, you want to feel sorry for her. I wonder about the lives of the children. I have no idea in how to protect them and where to move them to a healthy environment. I hope that the kids could live with relatives and support money would be provided. This is a very difficult situation relative to the children's lives.

saw Charlie Sheen show a few nites ago. He seemed in good shape/mentally & physically. If anyone was Crazy, it was the audience yelling out fowl language & being ridiculously rude! One girl wanted to take her pants off..he said, "no, I may want to show this tape to my kids one day." It looks to me like he's finally starting to see the light? If he's guilty of anything it's putting his whole life out there for us to judge. Who r we to cast the 1st stone anyway? Pray he gets his life together (which I believe he will & go back to 2 1/2 MEN) We've all made mistakes...even Presidents. Let's hope, for his kids sake, things get better for them both.

Yes, I have to agree with you in saying "Everyone makes mistakes" and you are right who are we to judge. When anyone person can say they are or were the perfect parents only then should they be giving parenting advice.

We're not talking about being "perfect parents" here, Michele. But these people...seemingly put their addictions before their children. And we have not judged them ... they have shown us what kind of "parents" they are ... awful!

55 thousand a month! That is more than I made in a year - when I was working! Unbelievable! And, pawning a watch and stereo equipment? Drugs? I would think so! What a sad, sad situation. I hope those kids will be safe.

Its a shame she cant live the lifestyle, hey crackhead put some of that money away for your children for when you and Sheen OD and someone can give your children a regualr life.i say take the children and let them have supervised visits and make her pay also and put it in a trust fund.

pretty pathetic that all these people with all this money can't think of anything else to do with it but buy drugs, and then they waste it all and have to PAWN stuff?! Money is something that would cure every one of my problems in one way or another: getting health insurance, taking care of my dad, paying bills...PATHETIC.
