In a candid interview with Esquire Magazine, actress Evan Rachel Wood revealed she is bisexual. After dropping several hints throughout the interview, the 'Mildred Pierce' actress was asked if she dates women."Yes," she proudly told the magazine. "I grew up in love with David Bowie. So I was always into very androgynous things. Guys, girls... I'm into androgyny in general."
The 23-year-old actress confessed she tends to take the lead when she's dating women: "Yeah, I'm more kind of like the guy when it comes to girls. I'm the dominant one... I'm opening the doors, I'm buying dinner. Yeah, I'm romantic."
After talking about her dating life including her relationship with Marilyn Manson ("I think one of the things that freaked people out so much is that we looked so different,") Wood also addressed her reputation. "I'm constantly changing, I'm constantly growing. I think I'm a little controversial? ... I just try and keep some mystery, so hopefully people can't really put their finger on it."

Used to be when dating that us guys worried about how many men our lady of interest might have been with - now we have to worry about how many men her men might have been with - sick sign of the times. Gay ok - straight ok - bisexual nothing more than wanting the whole cake and eating it too - no such thing.

The interviewer asked her a direct question--and she answered it. How is that TMI? She didn't go into any lurid details. If she had talked about men and being strictly heterosexual no one would have thought anything of it. But because it's something other than heterosexuality, it's now "TMI" or something her parents should be ashamed of (even though they probably know who their daughter is and don't care one way or the other). Fail.

A bit freaked out...I saw her here in raleigh when she was a kid in her dads version of a christmas carol. It is odd to see a baby grow up.
