Miley Cyrus has drawn criticism in the past for getting camera happy at inopportune times, but her recent Twitter photo shows that the 18-year-old star has mastered the line between sexy and scandalous.The photo, purportedly snapped to show off Cyrus' "piggy tails," shows off a whole lot more -- namely a close-up shot of the dream catcher tattoo the singer had inked on her ribs earlier this year.
The dream catcher, which is the fifth tattoo for Cyrus, has four feathers hanging from it, each of which reportedly represents one of her siblings.
"The dream catcher is to protect them," says a friend of the star.

Reply to Charlie: She will look beautiful. You talk about her "ink bleeding". Many people her age have tattoos. Blame yourself. It was your generation that raised the young adults of today. Plus, with the advancement in technology, tattoos can be easily removed now. Obviously you are biased against body art. And as for her "boobs sagging". That happens to everyone. It is natural and part of being human; however, with her millions that she will have by age 40, she can easily get plastic surgery done. RE:Chris, she isnt going to have to wait until she is 40 and it wont be millions-she will have billions by the age of 19-i read that a few months ago...and tattos are not easily removed-by any means-that process is very tedious and painful-sharon osborne spoke about that on the TALK, she said all her kids and husband have them & they all hate them(NOW) and kelley is having hers removed slowly-one by one-and said it is very painful...

And what is 'body art' anyway? I always thought it was just a tattoo. Calling it 'body art' makes it sound more special than it is, suggesting that what is really nothing more than a form of carnival-esque dismemberment or goth-biker skin-engraving is sophisticated or even alluring.
