Miley Cyrus has drawn criticism in the past for getting camera happy at inopportune times, but her recent Twitter photo shows that the 18-year-old star has mastered the line between sexy and scandalous.The photo, purportedly snapped to show off Cyrus' "piggy tails," shows off a whole lot more -- namely a close-up shot of the dream catcher tattoo the singer had inked on her ribs earlier this year.
The dream catcher, which is the fifth tattoo for Cyrus, has four feathers hanging from it, each of which reportedly represents one of her siblings.
"The dream catcher is to protect them," says a friend of the star.

It's humorous to me that several talk about how kids idolize Miley Cyrus. You degrade her because you planted your kids infront of the tv to watch her, and encouraged them to idolize a character which was CLEARLY made up(Hannah Montana). What does that say about parenting skills? Can you not manage to teach your children the difference between REALITY and TV ACTING? Miley is an adult, and if you believed that she would always remain a "child actress" and never grow up then perhaps it's parents of today's kids that need the lesson in differenciating between REALITY and TV ACTING. She's growing up and doing all the same exact things any other "normal" person her age would do; she's discovering life, her likes and dislikes and simply attempting to try find who she ultimately is(Besides a superstar for your kids to look up to, instead of them looking up to their parents or mentors as they should!).

she is eighteen , legal age for a tattoo, yes thats how you spell it, tattoos have been around forever , many men and woman of the military have tats, rich famous and poor , have tats as well , having a tat does not make you a skank, her boobs will not sag at 40 , they are not large boobs, you all have no idea whats in her future , but you know what is in yours , NOTHING !!!!

Like under her breast and under the armpit? like what the hell? really odd place to put something "meaningful".
