Miley Cyrus has drawn criticism in the past for getting camera happy at inopportune times, but her recent Twitter photo shows that the 18-year-old star has mastered the line between sexy and scandalous.The photo, purportedly snapped to show off Cyrus' "piggy tails," shows off a whole lot more -- namely a close-up shot of the dream catcher tattoo the singer had inked on her ribs earlier this year.
The dream catcher, which is the fifth tattoo for Cyrus, has four feathers hanging from it, each of which reportedly represents one of her siblings.
"The dream catcher is to protect them," says a friend of the star.

Miley was such a great role model! What happened? My daughter used to really like her and watched her in all her shows and movies. Now she and her friends can't stand to hear Miley's name! Sad that Disney has corrupted yet another promising actress/singer! Just toss her out with Brittney, Lindsay and Christina. They all took a big dive into the gutter!!!

That is utterly repulsive- she and her defenders are out of their minds. It is as repulsive and ridiculous now as it will be when she is older. The concept of "showing off" this aesthetically grotesque mutilation is twisted and trashy beyond belief. When she runs out of room, why not tattoo her internal organs next?

Like nobody's ever worn their hair in pigtails before. And her "latest tattoo" is (at least) last month's news. It was front page news then. Why is it front page now? Just because she's showing her hairdo? In the first picture you can't even see the tattoo. The second one shows that it is just below her armpit. Yeah, right where I'd want to put one.

I like the tattoo. I think it's well placed. The tattoo artist did some good work and really is it any of our business what she does with her life? Oh, also I suppose if she doesn't like it when she is 40 she can just simply have it removed. Technology can change a lot 22 years into the future.
