Charlie Sheen Asking for Full Custody of Twins, Denise Richards Offers Help
Charlie Sheen's lawyer will go to court today in an attempt to change his custody agreement with estranged wife

TMZ reports.
Sheen and Mueller have two-year-old twins together. Mueller
entered a rehab facility over the weekend after a week of alleged drug binging. Mueller, who currently has custody of twins Bob and Max, reportedly entered the facility as a precautionary step should Sheen's camp request a drug test.
However, Sheen's lawyer will ask the judge to grant both legal and physical custody of the boys to the actor, citing Mueller's alleged drug relapse.
Should Sheen receive custody, he also wants the judge to terminate the child support agreement that has him shelling out $55,000 a month to Mueller.
Sheen has found an unlikely ally during this new drama with Mueller: ex-wife
Denise Richards. According to
TMZ, Richards heard about Mueller's bizarre behavior and rehab stint and offered to help until the situation settled down.
Richards apparently called Sheen and offered to take care of the twins and let them live with her while Sheen was on the road with his 'Torpedo of Truth' tour. He reportedly told her he'd "keep her posted" on the situation.
Richards and Sheen have two daughters together from their marriage.

kudos to denise richards for putting aside all the ill will she's been getting from sheen, and putting the twins'needs first... too bad their actual parents can't manage to do the same thing...

Go see the Wizard of Oz...maybe he can find you one! Maybe The Jersey Shore idiots can babysit them! Either way its doom.
Its to bad that they are parents to begin with. How would U like to be a child of that, or them. Hollywood parents pretty much suck ! I know.

Well, at least Brooke didn't turn her legitmate rehab need into a three ring circus that included the neglect and starving to death of their twins 2 dogs that this arrested wife beater Charlie Sheen did have custody of 24/7 when he was unemployed with that gaggle of whacked porno entourage under his roof, too that neglected and starved those two dogs as well. Meanwhile the whole troop was treated by him to very expensvie meals at his home and on the road. As for the illegal drug issue, seeing that when he was busted by the Feds years ago and turned rat snitch plus with all of his known illegal drug dealing up to present that he has never been arrested for as he is still riding that rat snioch gravey train (not arrested in NYC) doubt if any Judge would put his children in that dangerous enviroment.
I hope Denise gets to help but it's a set-up for heartache because she'll get attached, her daughters will too and when those poor boys go back to the life fate dealt them, it's gonna really hurt. Do it anyway Denise, someone has to care what happens to them. Good luck.

Brooke's mother has been taking care of the twins all along since the twins were taken away from Charlie.

The guy is a nut job, has a horrible track record as a parent, husband/boyfriend,history of violence not to mention excessive use of alcohol and drugs. The court would be wise to only give him visitation rights.

Neither one of them should have the boys, they are both unfit to take care of the boys. The kids are the ones going to suffer in the end, I feel bad for the boys, they need a stable home and their not getting that with either of the parents.

Agree 100%, the judge should rule that NEITHER of these dysfunctional train wrecks are currently fit to be parents. Denying both of them custody and placing the kids temporarily with another family could be the sobering wake up call Charlie & Brooke need.
Yeah, like Charlie Sheen has a stable home enviroment when he couldn't even feed his twins 2 dogs a meal even though he was home 24/7 while unemployed with the rest of his entourage was riding his heels under his roof. He starved those two dogs with one having to be put down because of his neglect. But yet even on tour he took his entire crew out for expensive seafood meals.
no no it's all about the money he doesn't want to pay out. neither of them are fit parents. he won't really take care of them Nannies will and what little they do see of him will include godesses and a life style not fit for kids.they need parents who do normal things with them. they need to have playmate groups, /go to the park/playground,someone who sits and gives them learning experiences and real love.

I have always liked Denise... Even when alot of people would bad mouth her after her divorce from Charlie.. She is a real person with a good heart.... I'm sure that Charlie knows that letting Denise help would be the best option for the twins.. Good luck Denise... Like I said, you have a good heart and Charlie is lucky to have you in his life..

obviously these grandparents don't have a very good record with their own kids look how they turned out.so that might not be the best choice either.
