Charlie Sheen Asking for Full Custody of Twins, Denise Richards Offers Help

Charlie Sheen's lawyer will go to court today in an attempt to change his custody agreement with estranged wife Brooke Mueller, TMZ reports.

Sheen and Mueller have two-year-old twins together. Mueller entered a rehab facility over the weekend after a week of alleged drug binging. Mueller, who currently has custody of twins Bob and Max, reportedly entered the facility as a precautionary step should Sheen's camp request a drug test.

However, Sheen's lawyer will ask the judge to grant both legal and physical custody of the boys to the actor, citing Mueller's alleged drug relapse.

Should Sheen receive custody, he also wants the judge to terminate the child support agreement that has him shelling out $55,000 a month to Mueller.

Sheen has found an unlikely ally during this new drama with Mueller: ex-wife Denise Richards. According to TMZ, Richards heard about Mueller's bizarre behavior and rehab stint and offered to help until the situation settled down.

Richards apparently called Sheen and offered to take care of the twins and let them live with her while Sheen was on the road with his 'Torpedo of Truth' tour. He reportedly told her he'd "keep her posted" on the situation.

Richards and Sheen have two daughters together from their marriage.

You gotta be kidding ME!!!!!
Neither one of them deserve the children. DCS needs to really step into the HOLLYWOOD scene and take care of some much needed business. No matter what type of money you have, DCS should not be able to be BOUGHT

Any judge that would even consider giving custody to Charlie needs to leave the bench cause they would be just as nuts as Charlie and his ex. Who is raisibg the kids right now? Where are they at? Where is CPS now that all this is going on again?

I heard that the kids stay with Brooke, her parents and aunts and uncles are also there to take care of them while their idiot parents ruin all their lives. Obviously Brooke's parents are not stabilizing the situation, maybe Charlie's parents should raise them for the time being. The judge needs to step in in any case and do the right thing for the kids. So sad...

for 55,000 a month those kids could be living in a nice home with real nannies from a real agency ,not with crazy parents or foster care . What about Charlies family doing some child care , Im sure there must be some sanity somewhere in the family

The kids should not go to Charlie or Brooke. And, the child support payments should be placed in an escrow account. If not, it's just a matter of time before Brookie overdoses. Hopefully the grandparents can share custody or an auntie or uncle will take the kids. Denise Richards needs to mind her own business. She of all people should know just who Charlie Sheen is. She helping Sheen by taking custody of another woman's children? Is she on drugs?

why aren't Martin Sheen, Emilio Estevez or any of Charlie Sheens numerous other siblings stepping up to the plate to help here? Doesn't Mueller have parents or siblings that can help? this story is just bizzare I cannot believe there is not one family member on either side that will take these poor kids in. no wonder Mueller and Sheen have emotional and substance abuse issues with families like that who have raised them. such a shame those poor kids are virtually doomed..

Good for Denise! Those are her daughter's siblings and God knows they need someone sane taking care of them. There's no way charlie should get custody, though. Hopefully, the judge will order him to have a psych eval 1st.

Give the full custody of twins to Denise Richard since she is the one who very stable and excellent mom to her two daughters. Those parents of poor twins couldn't take care of themselves that's it. Best advice is to the Parents of the twins to give up all parental rights to the twins to Denise Richard
