Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle for Sons
Charlie Sheen lost his custody battle for 2-year-old twin sons Max and Bob,
RadarOnline.com reports.
A Los Angeles judge granted Sheen's estranged wife
Brooke Mueller continued primary legal and physical custody of the twins. Mueller, who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse,
reentered rehab yesterday; Radar termed it "a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction."
Radar also writes that Mueller appeared wobbly and "glassy-eyed" and gave no comment when asked if she was pleased with the court's ruling.
A source tells Radar that Mueller's mother, Moira Fiore, will watch the boys while Mueller undergoes treatment at rehab.
TMZ earlier reported that Sheen's lawyer would appear to request the custody agreement. Sheen's camp also sought to terminate the child support agreement that has him shelling out $55,000 a month to Mueller.
Denise Richards reportedly
came to Sheen's aid in the court case.

If you think NOT getting custody of his sons is winning, then you have no idea what winning is. And if Charlie still thinks he's winning when even a judge can see right through him and NOT give him custody, then he too has no idea what winning is.

Exactly. Neither parent can provide them with a structured/stable environment. I wouldn't trust either one with a pet, let alone children. Those poor kids deserve better parents.
This should hardly be a surprise. This guy readily admits that to him sobriety & boredom go hand in hand. Finally the family of one of these two addicts has stepped up to the plate to take care of the kids.
