Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle for Sons

Charlie Sheen lost his custody battle for 2-year-old twin sons Max and Bob, RadarOnline.com reports.

A Los Angeles judge granted Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller continued primary legal and physical custody of the twins. Mueller, who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse, reentered rehab yesterday; Radar termed it "a well-publicized relapse in her crack cocaine addiction."

Radar also writes that Mueller appeared wobbly and "glassy-eyed" and gave no comment when asked if she was pleased with the court's ruling.

A source tells Radar that Mueller's mother, Moira Fiore, will watch the boys while Mueller undergoes treatment at rehab.

TMZ earlier reported that Sheen's lawyer would appear to request the custody agreement. Sheen's camp also sought to terminate the child support agreement that has him shelling out $55,000 a month to Mueller.

Denise Richards reportedly came to Sheen's aid in the court case.

I agree, if Denise would take them, they have a chance at being normal. She is a good and devoted mom and left Charlie when he wouldn't clean up. Get them away from the gold digging crack adict and her mom is probably Mueller's enabler.

For those poor kids to have 2 parents not worthy of them is a real shame. Neither one deserves custody. Charlie is totally wasted and Brooke is not far behind.

In this case both mom and dad are both loosers. Neither one of them need to have any kids he needs to be clipped with the V and she needs her stuff tied up! The only ones that suffer in this are the kids. All the stardom of the parents leave scars on their kids, so all that money means nothing! That's because they've had money too long that they don't appreciate it!

Where is Martin Sheen? Why isn't he trying to get custody of these poor boys? It seems like the only reason she is going to rehab is to keep her child support....which she is not entitled to if the boys go somewhere else. What a mess! These boys should not be with her mom.

You would think if the kids mean as much to him as he says they do, then he would try his hardest to get off the drugs and alcohol. Be a responsible parent and do his best to raise them in a "normal" environment. They should be a priority. Or just stay away party - support your illegal drug suppliers and one day your heart, body and mind will just give up because it can't take it any longer. At least the kids won't be wrecked because of your first hand bad experiences.

Mother enters rehab but keeps custody of children. Charlie, wake up and smell the coffee.....you MUST have SERIOUS issues if you can not win custody of your children even when there mother is in rehab!!!

If the judge was truly fair he would have also permanently suspender Brooke Muellers right to the twins as well . Sheen should not have to pay a crack addict 55,00.00 a month either .Put 90% of that money into an account for when the boys reach adulthood .
