This past Sunday marked a sad day on 'Celebrity Apprentice.' It was the day that Gary Busey was fired, leaving Team Backbone with Meat Loaf, John Rich and Lil John. Busey went onto 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and didn't mince words about his former teammates."But they turned out to be not Backbone," he said. "[But], backstabbers. When you see Lil John, John Rich and Meat Loaf, you know somewhere there's three villages missing their idiots."
Busey talked more about Meat Loaf's now-infamous art supply screaming rampage, and how he "was laughing at him inside, but I was feeling sorry for him in my eyes."
Clearly, there is no love lost and we don't see long-lasting friendships coming out of Busey's experience on the show.

Duh...especially when the biggest idiot on the show is the one he'd back for President. Scary.
I don't really feel like Busey is a fair target, considering the motorcycle accident that almost killed him and left him with brain damage. Wear your helmets kids.

Gary, you made that show. Lil John should have left. He contributes nothing to the show. It's going to be so boring without you.

ya... watchin him was akward and painful..and rather disturbing.. "almost" sexual feeling? what the hell? he wasn't anything good. if anything he made the show less appealing then it already was.. good riddance.
I've liked Jon Rich up until Sunday's episode when him and lil Jon were laughing like 2nd graders and making fun of Gary the whole episode. It was hard to watch and turned my stomach.

Right on the head!! Troy's Mom...Both John Rich & Little Jon are bullies, they both really like all the nastiness being done to Gary. Meat Loaf is another story, I think he was suffering from something else and Gary just really pushed him over the edge, any other time I think Meat would have defended Gary.
I have not seen the show and don't intend to but is it like WWF? It appears tongue in cheek and choreographed. I guess I want to believe the best and not that we have dumbed down the Nation to this level.

And the world calls Busey an idiot.

I have never heard the world call Busey an " idiot ", and I'm old !!!!
Give us a break Gary. YOU & YOU alone are the Village Idiot. Take your horse teeth and go under a rock where you belong

I agree Gary Busey does not generate sympathy. He admitted that he was a saboteur because when John Rich called him a saboteur, he admitted to the camera that John Rich had figured out his act. This means he brought up his accident, but he was trying to throw everyone off their game with his crazy behavior. How does that make everyone else a back stabber??
I no longer think much of John Rich, after his whiny, vindictive tirade in the board room against Gary B for being called 'boy'. Poor baby.

I agree. What a f'n pu**y. He was obviously beat up on the playground.
You can see how 'Apprentice' can destroy the friendships. Best to avoid the participation.

I no longer like or respect Jon Rich, I've always admired the guy until this show. Those men are more childish than spoiled preschoolers, and what a bunch of bullies towards Gary. It was terrible how they set Gary up for failure. And what's up with the great Meat Loaf? Unstable as hell and meaner than a rattlesnake.

OK, the show can now be called the 'Apprentice'. The only real celebrity is gone.
I didn't know who meatloaf was
I didn't know who that baseball player was
I had no idea who that whiny little boy with a mustache and hat was
Except for Lil' Jon (and only because I listen to rap) I didn't know the rest. They were all domain specific.
Movies on the other hand are kind of ubiquitous and Gary was a star.
And he won a task. And I think his ideas and presentations were good the other day too, if he had a team that would proactively support him, then there is no doubt that he would have won this one too.
Gary's a nice guy and if everyone teams up on you like they did on Gary, it is hard to move forward.

You didn't know the cowboy or the baseball player. Do you live in a cave? Oh wait, you think Gary is a nice guy. That speaks volumes about you. He's crazy as hell.
He messed up.
If he had not play around, he would still be on the show.

I doubt people would be as hard on Gary if they knew of him before his accident.I think many of the people who post here are pretty young. He was a total bad*ss before his injury.
