TIME magazine's 100 issue is out, and there's a host of celebrities in the mix. Oprah Winfrey is on the list for the eighth time (that's every year the TIME 100 has existed, for those keeping track), as well as young guns like Justin Bieber, 'Glee' star Chris Colfer, Bruno Mars, and 'Parks and Recreation' star and producer Amy Poehler.
One great tradition of the TIME 100 is stars writing testimonies about their peers. Dianna Agron writes of Colfer, "Chris, 20, lives by extreme truth, speaking out against the epidemic of bullying that he, too, faced in high school. The honesty that he infuses into his Glee character, Kurt, leaves you reeling." Read more and see video interviews here.
Watch Colfer speak to TIME:
Justin Bieber's mentor, Usher, never at a loss for words about his young protege, had the following to say: "From the minute I met Justin, I knew this kid possessed a certain confidence that only a star could have. He was born a star. He knew what he wanted to accomplish; all he had to do was get everyone else to believe it. Now, looking back at his incredible run, the reality of who he is and what he's accomplished far exceeds anybody's expectations of him."
Watch Biebs hype Charlie Sheen's influence in a TIME interview:
Aziz Ansari, asked to weigh in on 'Parks and Recreation' costar Amy Poehler, opted to go goofy, writing, "I was originally asked to write‑150 words of praise for Amy Poehler. Unfortunately, a personal matter has forced me to deviate from this assignment. Amy, I know you are reading this. You won't return my phone calls, e-mails or texts, and I'm fed up. In February 2011 you asked me to invest $15,000 in a "real estate" opportunity you had heard about. Since then, I have heard nothing from you, and my research shows that the company, Excalibur Equity, does not even exist. I want my money back. Now."
With wonderful people serving in the military and those who volunteer for other things, why in the world would we care about these losers on the Time 100. Vomit!!
The list DOES include activists, reformers, researchers, heads of state, industry and world leaders. But because this is Popeater, they're just singling out the celebrities/pop culture figures on the list.
What a silly mommy! Katie Holmes takes Suri into the water in her clothes as the two spend the afternoon at the beach in Miami. More of Today's Hottest Photos

My, aren't you the clever one. I'm guessing the only 100 list you'll ever make is 100 Most Wanted.

An email has been sent to me. Sure. Why not write something like: We choose not to put your writing here.

Aren't they missing Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, and a few others? Or maybe they were included for the previous years.
