Angelina Jolie to be the New Face of Louis Vuitton

Angelina Jolie just signed up to be the new face of Louis Vuitton, in a slam-dunk deal worth nearly $10 million, according to E! Online.

The global ad campaign will reportedly be shot by legendary lenswoman Annie Liebowitz -- a longtime photographer for the brand -- and will appear in print-only form this summer.

The actress and UN Ambassador's stunningly good looks clearly have the ability to rake in cash. This is her second major luxury endorsement (the first, for St. John, ended last year), and is said to be her most lucrative deal to date. She also designs a jewelry line, Style of Jolie.

Other famous faces of Vuitton have included Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Scarlett Johansson.

The 35-year-old beauty and mom of six is a fan of the French mega-label, and is frequently seen toting bags bearing the iconic monogram. Here's betting we'll see that logo on her more often!

What have you done lately to help and make the world a better place?

CGee and others of like thinking need to get over and past this. There is no need to keep harping and reminding us of the Joli/Pitt so-called infractions. If you are so victimized by this relationship then why are you not victimized by all of the hundreds of previous celebs, politicians, and religious figures who have lived the same way and offered infinitely less.

No matter what you think of the Jolie/Pitt relationship, they are still good people who will have touched the world in a positive way. Of course, that is in the eye of the beholder. Most people still think that the philanthropic gestures, i.e. millions of dollars they donate, is phenomenal.

Again, what have you done lately to help and make the world a better place?

Real folks apologize when they have hurt another human being. I can't think of a time when Angelina Jolie has ever apologized for the hurt she caused Jennifer Aniston.

Angelina is still the most lovely woman at age 35. The 30's are fabulous years for a woman who stays fit and takes care of herself as well as attaining emotional and spiritual stability. I don't hear the negative people here discussing the behaviors of Charlie Sheen or other men who chose to leave one woman for another.....Somehow, the wowman always gets blamed and that is stupid. Woman and men ultimately find The One and recognize it.

Kilo: Actually, I think it was quite open-minded of Louis Vuitton to make her their spokesperson (if it was based on that pic -- she certainly doesn't look as young as 35 in THAT pic).
