Joey Lawrence Supports a Donald Trump Presidential Run

He's more than well versed in the politics of made for TV movies and now Joey Lawrence is throwing his two cents into the real political ring -- he's endorsing
Donald Trump's potential bid for presidency.
Forget President Obama who he says did not follow through on his promises of hope and change, Lawrence believes that Trump is the real change that this country needs to see.
"I'd be open to Donald," he told
Fox News. "He's somebody out of the box and I think that some of the stuff he's saying makes sense."
And Lawrence isn't mincing words -- he believes that if America wants to be a super power, well then, it better start acting like one.
"I'm tired of 'so politically correct' every step of the way. It's like there are times when we need to say, 'We're getting our rear ends kicked, we are the world leader, we need to step up and act like it.'"
But the 'Joey & Melissa' actor went on to say that he keeps his political views private because "that's the best way to do it." And keeping things private, of course, Lawrence believes that Trump has what it takes to turn the country around because of his tremendous business savvy.
"I think Donald is an interesting character. He's an amazing CEO, this is a business. This is a business, running this country is a business and it has not been run the last decade the right way, whether it's Republican or Democrat, so it's not really a party issue, it's more of a person issue. Somebody has to get in there and really hold people accountable."
By that standard, the business woman behind the Kardashian empire, mom, Kris Jenner, could be a potential candidate. And if neither Trump nor Jenner end up throwing their hats into the ring, Lawrence himself may step up to the plate.
"I love politics. I love the country. Maybe I would [go into politics], I don't know," he said. "It's what I minored in at school, political science."

Thats how we ended up with George Bush! Damn!! Haven't we suffered enough because of that kind of mentality?
that is the problem with this country vote for a idiot for simple reasons go take some meds and DONT VOTE as far as this so called actor who is he ?????
Please tell me you were being sarcastic. Don't tell me you are really that much of a bimbo!
You do know you can't text in your vote for President, right?
More like thats how we ended up with Obama. Everyone thought it would be soooooocool to have a black man as president. Sorry but we should have went with the first female president. Hillary would be doing soooooooo much better.
Totally digging the satire! LOL
OMG Joey's voting for him? Me too!!! (adolescent giggles and shrieks)
I'm totally voting for the idiot Trump now that this brainiac has given his endorsement.
He puts on costumes and makeup and playacts for a living. Why should his opinion have any sway? He's almost as bad as the midget Cruise.

It just says to me that Trump is not the only idiot on the scene.
Way to go Donald, you've got some real Hollywood players in your corner!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand you should have kept your political views and who you are voting for private, joey!

Why is this a relevant news story? Joey Lawrence isn't even relevant and his opinion certainly isn't. Who cares?

Wish he would have kept this political view private this time also. Talk about trying to ride Trump's ludicrous coattails!
Whoa! No, really whoa! ....and Trump says DeNiro isn't the brightest bulb.......

"I think Donald is an interesting character. (Yep, he's a character, alright.)He's an amazing CEO,(AMAZING-REALLY? How many failures do you have to have, before you aren't amazing? The Don isn't worth what most people believe he's worth. It's mostly smoke and mirrors and of course, EGO. This is a business, running this country is a business" Running the country is a helluva lot more than just making business decisions. Simple minds over-simplify things.
Since Joey minored in "political science", perhaps he should be considered as the Don's running mate. He seems to be as well qualified as the Don.

Any doubt America's collective IQ is plummeting?

Even considering The Donald(DUCK!)seriously as a candidate makes the whole situation rediculous! Joey needs ta stick to reality TV and infomercials. Hes gone far down on my list of good guys.
Donald can do it, he is one tough cookie, he got Obama to show that long form birth cert, Obama is running to Oprah like a scared little puppy, i am laughing so hard!

Great,"he got Obama to show that long form birth cert"-something NO other president has had to do and President Obama shouldn't have needed to do, either. He was vetted and met the requirements to hold the office and yet, jerks like Trump kept up the chant until he had to do what no other president has ever been asked to do. Your "tough cookie' is an egotistical bully. He isn't a savvy businessman, simply inherited money and failed many times and lies about his net worth. He certainly can't run on the "family values" agenda, either.
If donald had any knowledge of world affairs, or any political savy, he would be attacking President Obama on policy. He can't so he attacks him on NONSENSE.
Let's not forget that he ADMITTED that he LIED about his true financial worth.....yep, a great Republican canadidate!
Donald is not Born in America,so He cant be a president.
His Birth certificate id grom Tapachula,Mexico.
Get it?
