Source: Sarah Ferguson Told to 'Disappear' on Royal Wedding Day

It's bad enough that Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, did not receive an invite to the Royal wedding, but now to add insult to injury the Royal black sheep has been asked to keep a low profile on the very special day.
"The last thing the family wants is a picture of Sarah in a bikini on a beach popping up the day of the wedding or even worst mopping around by herself while everyone else is celebrating," a friend of Sarah's tells me. "They have basically told her to disappear and not be any distraction to the big day."
Sarah, whose most recent scandal involved being caught trying to sell media access to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, has been busy working on a new show, 'Finding Sarah,' for Oprah's OWN channel. But despite her hard work, the Royals have made it clear they are in no mood to forgive.
The Duchess has not returned emails requesting comment. Has she gone underground already?
"Not inviting Sarah to the wedding is such a big mistake," the confidante tells me. "What's going to happen in a few years when her daughters get married? Are they going to try and ban their mother from attending their wedding because the Queen will be attending?"
Sarah is the first to admit she's made a big mistake and my insider observes that "if a wedding isn't a time for a family to set aside past problems and come together, then I don't know what is."

Ah, Sarah, who needs 'em anyway?! BTW, PopEater, could I be hired as a proofreader? "Worst mopping"?

I ask them that almost every day! I cannont understand how people get professional writing jobs without, at least, basic spelling skills. :-/
*cannot :)
When can the world get rid of "ROYALTY" forever? The socialist during the Russian revolution took them out and shot them!
I nominate Barbara for the job of Popeater editor!
Once she was told to disappear by the Royals, I hope she had the ovaries to say back..."For how much.?"
Barbara, I quit reading the article at "worst mopping".
THANK you for saying that! Why would they care if she's mopping? Better than if she's moping around all day! And i guess Rob skipped directly from "worse" on to "worst" Is there a webby for worse, i mean worst, editing?
WHO NEEDS THEM???? She did when she wanted the big house, servants, money and all the perks. She got caught with her boy toys while andrew was in the service. They owe her nothing.
LOL
Sounds really petty on the Royal Family's part. The past should be set aside. She is the mother of the Queen's grandchildren. I think Fergie should go to a nude beach and let all the pop's know!

love it :)
me too
I think she should streak down the aisle show those british prudes a thing or two. In their face Fergie!
She will do as she is told because she spends money like water and then runs to her ex to help her get out of trouble. Or she tries to sell access to her ex-husband. Or is photographed with a man sucking on her toes.
Her ex in-laws are saints to tolerate her bad behavior and then help her out of trouble. She should go for a ride in Paris.
Family should ocme together but she is NO LONGER FAMILY. Her daughters are and of course should go. They are not little children who need a guardian. They are adults who can attend alone.
Not only petty-but totally hypocritical! That coe married to Charles is allowed to attend-a woman who was a tramp for 30 years and wrecked 2 marriages. And-that creep Andrew is allowed to attend. What did Fergie do that was so much more abhorrent than Randy Andy's socializing with dictators and pedophiles?
Fergie is the aunt of Harry and Will. She should be there. Small-minded of that old Hat Rack, Elizabeth!
And when her kids marry, fine. But she is not part of this family anymore, so to insist that she be invited is wrong.
I think it is totally unChristian not to invite Fergie to the wedding when her own daughters will be there. How must they feel? Is the Royal Family trying to distance the princesses from their own mother? How insensitive of William not to insist that Fergie get an invitation after all the hoopla he has made over Diana, his mother. Surely he should have great respect for his cousins' mother? What must our Lord think of this sad state of affairs?
