Hat Trick: How Fergie Got Last Laugh at Wedding
Even though The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, was not invited to attend the Royal Wedding on Friday, she had the last laugh when her bold daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie turned up in those
ridiculous and show-stopping hats.
"I'm sure Sarah helped pick out those hats," a close friend of Fergie's tells me. "The one thing Sarah hates more than anything is being ignored and this was her way of saying f-you to the family who would rather pretend she doesn't exist."
Beatrice's intricate bow-like hat raised eyebrows from the second she stepped out of her car at Westminster Abby, while her younger sister's royal blue fashion statement included purple flowers and large white feathers.
Reviews were pretty consistently bad for the hats.
The Daily Mail called their fascinators "ludicrous" and "flops" and Tori Spelling told
E! that "they looked a little crazytown."
There's even a blog for goofing on B's hat, aptly named
Princess Beatrice and Her Hat.
"There is a lot of competition within the family to out-dress each other," my insider tells me. "And nothing draws more attention to you than an elaborate hat. I guarantee you that a lot of time, thought and money went into selecting these works of art. Nothing happens by chance in that family!"

what a rotten thing to say about two teenagers we cant all be kate middletons or beauty queens the girls looked smart.
I agree one of them with the red hair is just creepy looking! lol Sorry i have seen other pics of her and i cannot put my finger on it but she is creepy looking!

I totally loved it!!! Fergie was treated as an outcast from the beginning. I really felt sorry for her. I totally love looking at these two! It's a riot! Don't they remind you of Drisella and Anastasia? Cinderella's two step-sisters? SERIOUSLY!!! LOOK AT THEM! LOL! Totally love it!

I seldom believe what I read here, but I almost believe this.
I would wear something ridiculous, if my mother was treated half as badly as Sarha was. If thats her way of getting back, great, it worked.
I was shocked when I saw such bad taste at this royal wedding myself. Those hats are appauling to put it kindly, those people
place a lot of value on their looks, and clothes.

I like fergie. she stands for the ordinary woman on the street who suffers from weight problems and self esteem issues. her girls can wear what they like to any wedding. i like prince andrew is a funny and amusing man and like the rest. I have made loads of mistakes in my life and i am not perfect so everyone stop judging another human being and let him who is without sin be the one to cast the first stone. susan.devon.

That hat on her mind makes her look like one of the WHO from Whoville and the Grinch who stole Christmas. Mother or no mother influence - she should have known better. As the person who made the hat should be evaluated for serious mental issues.

I agree she shamed herself and she has a very creepy looking daughter so because of a hat she got revenge? How stupid period..The joke will always be on her when you do rotten things then bare the shame thats it case closed and she screwed herself.
Anyone who was annoyed or repulsed by these hats didn't get the joke. ALL of the womens' hats at this meat show were ridiculous. Bea and Eugenie get the joke and bravo to Sarah if she instigated this.
There are way too many flaming sticks jammed up the royal arses.

The above post was right if ugly old camillia could be there sarah should as well....everyone of them seem to forget who it was who broke up the marriage ugly old camillia...her and charles deserve each other both are losers...

Fergie is the EX-wife of the groom's uncle; Camilla is the CURRENT wife of the groom's father. See the distinction?
I have a hard time believing the girls wore those hats in support of their mother (well, actually, I had a hard time believing they wore them at all . . . ) But it beat the silly little "cigarette girl" hat that wasn't even placed properly someone else wore!

Kim/Susan.... I said A wedding, not this one. Just because my grandmother was a British war bride from Lancashire, doesn't mean I think I should have been invited to the Royal wedding. It's like you just wanted to be insulting to me. You shouldn't have dropped out of high school if you enjoy displaying that kind if behaviour. Sad.
