Maxim's annual 'Hot 100' list is out and it's official -- 'Transformers' newcomer Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been named the hottest woman in the world.

The Victoria's Secret model-turned-actress, who can be seen in this summer's 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' alongside Shia LaBeouf, told the magazine "it's a huge honor" to top the hot list.

"It's a great title to have for a year and you can have some fun with it, I think," she added.

Huntington-Whiteley, who replaced fellow 'Hot 100' listee Megan Fox in the movie franchise, is currently dating actor Jason Statham.

Olivia Munn, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz, and Mila Kunis round out the top five spots in Maxim's 2011 list.
