Earlier this week, we were lucky enough to catch up with several Tony Award nominees at a press event in New York.Everyone was as nice as could be, but no one was more genuine or more excited about their nomination than TV legend Judith Light, who is up for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Play for her turn in 'Lombardi,' which brings the life and times of legendary football coach Vince Lombardi to vivid life. The play runs through May 22 at the Circle in the Square Theatre.
The ex-'Who's the Boss' star is as passionate about LGBT causes as she is about her acting and was happy to tell us about her work with the Give a Damn campaign and the Point Foundation, which offers academic scholarships to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender college students who are having trouble funding their education because they have been marginalized due to their sexual identity.
Check out our interview with Light below.

She looks good for being in her 60's. Judge it when you get there...
She's close to 62 you idiot and she looks good for it.
She is such a terrific actress. Loved her as Karen Woleck in One Life to Live. She played a hooker, married to a doctor...She won a couple of Emmys for her role. And then Who's the Boss, but her Karen was one hell of a performance....

When your boobs sag below your knees you shouldn't be coloring your hair.

jerk!!!!!!!!!
Rememer that when you start sagging. Ouch!
And I bet she STILL looks better than you
Giving or denying scholarships/money based on sexual identity is wrong. It should be based purely on merit.

It's not like the government is giving them out. If a group wants to form an organization and accept donations, they can hand them out to whomever they choose, just as there are organizations for other minorities, the disabled, etc.
I don't believe in limiting principles of equality to government money. If sex discrimination is wrong, then it shouldn't be practiced, one way or another, by anyone.
Its been rumored that she had taken 15 years off her age back when she was on OLTL in the 70s. I take it she is at least 75.
probably closer to 80. Good message, but we all already know that. Other than her message i saw keep a low profile Judith, you were relelvent 40 years ago, if at all.

...what happened to TOE-NEE?
You sound like a lovely individual. I'm sure you're on most people's "do not call" list yourself.
That said, if you care very little or not at all about what celebs do or say, why are you on this site? Moron.

I totally have alot of respect for her. She was supporting LGBT when it wasn't a popular cause, and I am glad she has kept her focus. There is nothing wrong with the way she looks, she looks like most women her age should look, wrinkles, etc. We are so used to seeing our older celebrities with their plastic surgery faces and bodies that we forget that this is what a REAL woman in her 60's looks like and proud of her wrinkles, etc. Look at George Clooney, still a hunk at 50, wrinkles, etc.

You are so right elizabeth! I am also sick of the faces pulled so tight you can bounce a quarter off them! Judith is the "anti-Joan Rivers."
JL has got to be in her late-60s and looks every day of it. Still, she's GILF material, as long as she keeps her yap shut about how noble it is to be gay.
