'Las Vegas' Star Nikki Cox and Jay Mohr Welcome Baby Boy

'Las Vegas' star Nikki Cox and her husband actor/comedian Jay Mohr welcomed their first child together on Thursday.

PEOPLE is reporting that Cox gave birth to a baby boy named Meredith Daniel Mohr, who weighed in at 6 lbs. 7 oz.

The proud new parents are reported saying, "We are over the moon, filled with joy and every other cliché new parents use."

The couple also talked about their new son Meredith saying, "He's perfect."

Mohr, 40, and Cox, 32, were married on December 29, 2006. The couple met two years earlier when Mohr guest-starred on Cox's TV show 'Las Vegas.'

Mohr also has a son named Jackson from a previous relationship with actress Nicole Chamberlain.

I agree Pam...I loved her on "Vegas" show...but to name the baby boy 'Meredith'...well, that is a horror for a boys name...why do these celebrities do this to their kids??? Awful...other than that...I love her husband Jay...and I enjoyed watching her and congratulations on their new arrival but the name has got to go!!! LOL

Whoa! I haven't seen her since Vegas - where she was beautiful - what happened?! I didn't even recognize her until I read the name. Good grief those lips look ridiculous, and her eyes look more like cat eyes now... She's barely into her 30s and already messing with injections and botox or whatever? Too bad.

Does anyone else think this former beauty is starting to look like the entertainer 'Charo' (cooche cooche!) with all the plastic surgery she has had? She used to be one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. Plastic surgery gone SO WRONG.
