Prince Harry Caught Chatting up Charlize Theron at Polo Match

Chelsy Davy better keep an eye on her man. Prince Harry was spotted chatting up blond bombshell, Charlize Theron, after dismounting from his noble steed during a charity polo match in Ascot, England, according to Just Jared.

Although it never hurts to have friends in high places, Charlize, 35, and Harry, 26, looked quite chummy as they chatted about divots and mallets -- we assume.

Stunning Theron looked every bit the part of a royal spectator in a conservative black belted dress.

And prepare to swoon, Harry was playing for team, Sentebale -- a charity he founded to support orphans in Lesotho. The good-doers were up against team Audi.

Could this be a start to the union between Hollywood and British royalty?
