Sheryl Crow Steps Out With Her New Boyfriend

Singer Sheryl Crow officially stepped out with her new boyfriend, fellow musician and producer Doyle Bramhall II on Wednesday, when the couple attended the Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's 2011 Spring Ball in New York.

According to PEOPLE, Bramhall is currently playing in Crow's touring band and co-produced her last album, '100 Miles from Memphis.'

"They've known each other for a really long time but it only turned romantic recently," a source told PEOPLE. "She's really happy. He's a really great guy."

The 49-year-old singer, who has two adopted sons, Wyatt, 3, and Levi, 2, recently hinted at the relationship to Prevention magazine where she said, "I've been in the situation where I've been involved with people and their kids, and if the relationship doesn't work out, it's heartbreak."

She continues, "So I'm keeping the relationship [with Bramhall] friend-based when we're around the kids. Luckily, we have a great foundation, having known each other for fifteen years."

Crow was previously in relationships with singer Eric Clapton and cycling legend Lance Armstrong, to whom she was briefly engaged in 2006.

No need to be mean-spirited. This may just be a bad photo. The truth is that the person he is on the inside is what is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than what he looks like. Sheryl Crow is a truly talented woman. That being said, I would appreciate if she would STAY OUT OF THE POLITICAL ARENA. Musicians, Actors and Entertainers should keep their politics to themselves. As far as the pink barrette, not a great choice. It appears that she's trying to look younger, and she already looks young.

You yourself have been through alot with breast cancer, but it does not keep these low life people from trying to beat you down.

Survived breast cancer and much heartache; had the kindness love and decency to give two children a home they would otherwise not have had; sings her butt off and is one hell of an entertainer; as far as Doyle goes; he's (like his father) a humanitarian, kind talented man .. check him out on Eric Clampton's CROSSROADS DVD then make your decisiion... get a life you pittiful people with all the negativity .. WOW, how sad a life filled with so much hate and criticism. Let's live and let live and condemn those (and there are plenty) that warrant it. Have a good week, all!
