This is a big week for 'The Voice'. It's opening gimmick was the blind auditions, but that round is over. As the competition moves into the battle rounds, it will be critical to see if that big audience stays with the show.Based on the four performances we saw last night, we think they'll stick around. Each of the coaches paired up two of their team members and had them face off in a duet of a popular song. Then, while the other coaches could weigh in, it was up to the singers' coach to eliminate one of them.
Adam Levine didn't hesitate to call Vicci Martinez and Niki Dawson on Pink's 'Perfect' "by far the best duet of the night." The coaches were shocked Cee Lo Green paired the two as that meant he would have to lose one from his team.

I liked the battle rounds. This was definitely the best performance of the night though.

That was the best duet of the night? It was just two girls screaming off-key notes at the top of their lungs. Terrible.

You need new ears--they were not remotely off-key.
