Gary Busey Is to Blame for Crazy Celebrity Baby Names

It has become a staple in Hollywood for celebrities to name their offspring something bizarre.

Alicia Silverstone is the latest star to give a unique name to her brand new bundle of joy. Bear Blu is the chosen name for her newborn son and we can't help but wonder where does she, and the numerous other celebrities, come up with these names? 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on ABC) had the answer, and it's the only logical solution.

"Hi, I'm Gary Busey, and I name babies," Busey said in an infomercial for his hotline service for celebrities. This bit is hilarious and clever, and who better than Busey to pull it off?

We loved some of the names he shouted out during the commercial. We figure it's just a matter of time before a celebrity is going to want to pick up "Papaya Aquarium" or "Snuggie Hammerhead" for their new daughter and/or son. Why go to the trouble of trying to come up with a crazy name when Busey can probably do it with no effort at all?

no popeater actually there's been weird baby names in hollywood since before Mr Busey what about Olivia Dahl having twenty as a middle name. granted her mom became an oscar winning actres later

I love Gary - I just can't help it. I've been a fan for many years. He played alot of great roles and I think he's hilarious.

Olivia's Mom is one of my favorite actresses of all time and I miss her dearly which is why I wrote in to corret the article. correct Olivia's mom was Patricia Neal who won the 1963 best actress oscar for her work in Hud opposite Paul Newman with whom she was close friends for more than 5 decades

Um...mel1226. I know what Asperger's Syndrome is. i have a son who has it. i am very well versed in it's symptoms AND it's fakers. Tons of people try to fake you out on here. I also know that if you are an Aspie you know how to spell it. So if you want to correct someone, correct yourself!
