'Friends' star Matthew Perry is returning to rehab, PEOPLE reports. The 41-year-old actor, who has struggled with prescription pills and alcohol in the past, is returning to rehab to continue his recovery."I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery," he said in a statement. "Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web."
Perry was in rehab twice before: once in 1997 and again in 2001. And in 2000, he was hospitalized for alcohol-related pancreatitis.
A source told PEOPLE there wasn't a relapse and that Perry plans to enter a facility soon.

Matthew has entertained me for years, and I wish him the best. What I don't understand is - why is he going to rehab if he's supposedly not using? Makes no sense. But anyway, good luck Matthew.

Perry has always been a one hit with friends, (that wasnt due to him)i dont think he can mentally handle Hollywood, i suggest going off to rehab and retiring to Idaho. So long, Luke Perry!

If he could stay off the cocaine then maybe he wouldn't have a pill or alcohol problem. They drink and pop pills to numb the cocaine withdrawl. I'd say he has a cocaine addiction and they only mentioned the pills and alcohol. Good luck Matt you just have to get it in your head that it's no fun and never again.
