'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Heads to Rehab

'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans, who made her stake in the franchise as the misdemeanor-toting baby mama, is headed to rehab. But according to Us Weekly, she isn't seeking drug or alcohol related treatment, she just wants to catch up on a little rest and relaxation.

"She is clean right now and has been that way for several weeks," an insider told Us Weekly. "She's doing this program to help her cope with all the stress in her life: her family situation, her legal issues, her general anxiety."

Evans, mother to one-year-old Jace, began her Malibu rehab stint on the heels of her guilty plea to possession of drug paraphernalia as well as an assault arrest earlier this year. The troubled realty show star, 19, was also arrested in October of last year after allegedly breaking and entering into an abandoned North Carolina house to smoke marijuana.

There has been no word as to how long Evans will remain in rehab to work on her "anxiety" issues.

All these teen moms should be in rehab.

I agree. The show needs to be in rehab. We don't want our young girls watching teen pregnancies. Young girls aren't learning any lessons. I know it is "supposed" to deter girls from getting pregnant at 16 but they are paying these girls a lot of money to get on thse shows and doesn't really deal with the problems. Their consequences need to be acting like a mom and not a tv celebrity. Take this show off the air!!!

She's a total waste and should stay in rehab forever. I doubt very much anyone cares what the heck she does except for the media.

MTV has long since been a ghetto program that attracts ghetto blacks and hispanics and whites losers with shallow minds that have a bleak future.

I had my daughter at 20 and i am a single mother and yes it is hard but these girls really need to get there acts together if not for themselves but for there children.

Her mother is such b**** and nagging at Jenelle too much and Jenelle's father does nothing at all. I don't see him helpling his daughter at all. No wonder that Jenelle is out of control thanks to her mother. Hope that Jenelle will get her life together and go to college or get a job.

Another shining example for our youth. We have young adults between 16 and 20 doing great things for charity and society. Instead the general public is captivated by irresponsibility,drama and stupidity promoted by MTV. Our priorities are so screwed up in this country. No excuse for an unplanned pregnancy in the 21st century in one of the richest countries in the world..why is this being rewarded?

I am a mother of 3. I was young when I got pregnant with twins and then 18 months later had a 3rd child. TO be young and raising kids right is an exausting job. I don't feel bad for this deliquent for one second. She had sex, she had a baby, and HER MOTHER is paying the price. I hope since MTV so stupidly put a show like this on the air, are doing the right thing and sending whatever money Jenelle is entitled to for the show to a fund for Jace or to help her mom, who, has already raised her baby. Hey maybe MTV should realize that this isn't HELPING our youth, but letting them know that they too can be reality stars.

I feel this is a good show for all teenagers. Number one: it shows the girs that most of the time, the father is in no way attached;, number 2; the young people can see how hard it is to have a baby by giving birth and then taking care of the baby after. The show is truly a reality of what happens.
