It's another success story for celebrity weight loss!Carrie Fisher reached her goal to drop 30 pounds and has revealed her new, slimmer look.
Fisher, who is most known for her role as Princess Leia in the the 'Star Wars' films, became one of the many celebrities to link up with a weight loss program when she joined Jenny Craig 18 weeks ago.
She started the program in November 2010 and said "If I lose 10 pounds, it'll be a miracle. If I lose 30, my outside would match my inside." Now 6 months later and 30 pounds lighter, she is ready to set a new weight loss goal.
Fisher has struggled with her weight for many years and has been known to stay out of the media spotlight, but her new figure has given her the confidence to step outside again.

I'm glad it worked for you, Carrie. Jenny Craig has a good formula that does work... Only problem is the food is expensive. Can you imagine what would happen if Jenny dropped the price for six months, half the country went on the program... Most of the junk food manufactures would go out of business. The whole health industry would be trembling - they count on the bad food diet to generate clients, new prescriptions... If you want the PR tip of the year - Jenny Craig, think about it - Lower your costs!

First, Good for you Carrie. You should be very proud and your confidence will get you out again so we can all enjoy your humor and great personality. I agree with Sally, Jennie Craig is expensive for the average person. The food plus buying your own dairy and vegetables add up. I'd be on it right now if they lowered their prices. I never got anything out of my councelors, it's the same with Weight Watchers, you pay a high cost for a meeting just to go in and get weighed. Oh well, this is about Carrie and did she a very good job.

No need for an expensive program. Just do it. I have lost 50 pounds since October. Just cut out the garbage food and do some exercise. That's all it took.
