'Teach Me How to Dougie' Singer Montae Talbert Dead

Montae 'M Bone' Talbert of the 'Teach Me Hot to Dougie' famed group, Cali Swag District, has reportedly died, according to Radar Online.

Although authorities have yet to confirm the victim's name, it is believed that the young man fatally shot Sunday evening outside of an LA liquor store was, in fact, Talbert. A gun fight between to vehicles reportedly broke out before Talbert, 22, who was in one of the vehicles, was fatally wounded.

Speculation of Talbert's death was further substantiated when fellow Cali Swag District member, Smoove, tweeted, "Ma life changed drastically in the. Blink of an eye rip mbone."

The group catapulted into the spotlight when their 2010 club hit, 'Teach Me How to Dougie,' landed on the Billboard charts at number 28 and brought with it an equally contagious new dance -- Michelle Obama has even showed off her 'Dougie' moves.

t.r..... Do those initials stand for TURD..by chance??? Further investigation shows this young man was the victim of a drive by shooting. He did not have a gun, nor was a gun found in his car. He was seated in the drivers seat and a car drove up and shot him twice in the head and took off! Stop labeling this young man as a thug just because your to narrow minded to see the facts for what they are!

I've heard of this whole "dance" around the net, but I had no idea what it was. I can't say I feel sorry that some thug was killed in a gun fight. What exactly did he think would happen?

Who said he was was a Thug? Just because he sang rap music does not mean he was a thug! What we do know for definate is that you have Absolutely ZERO Manners!!!!!! This young man was not only apart of the music family "Cali Swag" he was someone's son, brother, friend! May he rest in peace too young to die!

No the fact that he was killed in a shoot-out which he was taking apart of makes him a thug. So yeah its hard to feel sorry for someone who needed to use a gun to feel strong.

You are making thing up no one said he was taking part in any shoot out? It merely said he was in a car by the store. The article said nothinh about him shooting, having a gun or anything of that nature. Wrong place at the wrong time! Take a look in the mirro, there are plenty of haters around making up false truths! You want to say he was a gang member because he is black, you don't like his music or the way he looks?
