Just when we thought the couple had been declawed, they're at it again. Kelsey Grammer just filed for sole physical custody of his two young children with ex-wife, Camille Grammer, according to E! Online.

Since the couple's split, which the world got to see on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' Kelsey Grammer believes that his children -- Mason, 9 and Jude, 6 -- have been caught in the middle of an emotional tug of war between mom, dad and dad's new wife, Kayte Walsh. Grammer, 56, and Walsh, 29, tied the knot in February after a quickie divorce from wife of 13 years, Camille.

But it's not as easy as a short car ride to dad's house. Grammer currently lives in Chicago while Camille resides in Los Angeles, where their two children attend school. Grammer's ex, who was originally willing to split custody evenly, has, as of late, been playing full-time mom to both children.

For now, the youngsters will remain in Los Angeles until Grammer's June 27 hearing.

I can't judge really, but I didn't get the feeling she's an unfit mother. It seems like a bad idea for the kids' well being to uproot the kids from their home. It is almost like he's doing it to hurt his ex.

If he really cared about his children (which I doubt) he should move to Los Angeles to be near them & share joint custody. This is what I did. Half the week with me , the other with their dad. They did not have to change schools or friends. To uproot children from one parent is cruel. Children love both their parents & should not be made a pawn in a divorce. He needs to grow up and stop being so selfish & think about his children for a change.

These children belong with their Mother. I don't see any reason why she sould not have full custody. She hasn't done anything wrong.

she has four nannies and never even gave birth to the children herself she had a surrogate do the dirthy work for her so se would,nt get stretch marks vain selfish shallow gold digger.watch the housewifes of beverely hils see how cuckoo she is and hatfull to the other women......i hope he gets the kids.\

Whoo this. How many Nannies do you have? If you could afford one or more, how many would you have as a full support staff that works round the clock together so all of them do not work like slaves for 15 hours a day, evenings off, week ends off and or any day off, full vacation weeks, sick days and personal days while you pay taxes, SSI and WC plus health benefits plus into their retirements funds. Think about it, are you the type to enslave one women off and or on the books 15 hours a day forced to work weekends and evening or if you could afford it and not overwork one woman to death, wouldn't you get that extra help because it's needed and since you can afford it it helps keep 3 more people off the unemployment line or the welfare roll.

Imagine the book 20+ years from now these kids may write. Everyone thinks the scandal book some of Brangelina's kids may write will be hot, well I think this one could scorch the book stores. First, I think both Kelsey and his ex are weird, and have always thought so. Kelsey is weird on many levels, but there is something strange about always trading in wives the younger the better. She just became totally jaded and was likely in it for the money for some time. I don't think either one of them are fit, but to get custody so his 29 year old can parent? Looks like exactly what it is: get totally rid of the old and totally bring in the new. Besides, once the new Mrs gets pregnant? These 'old' kids will be shipped back to 'old' mama.
