Just when we thought the couple had been declawed, they're at it again. Kelsey Grammer just filed for sole physical custody of his two young children with ex-wife, Camille Grammer, according to E! Online.

Since the couple's split, which the world got to see on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' Kelsey Grammer believes that his children -- Mason, 9 and Jude, 6 -- have been caught in the middle of an emotional tug of war between mom, dad and dad's new wife, Kayte Walsh. Grammer, 56, and Walsh, 29, tied the knot in February after a quickie divorce from wife of 13 years, Camille.

But it's not as easy as a short car ride to dad's house. Grammer currently lives in Chicago while Camille resides in Los Angeles, where their two children attend school. Grammer's ex, who was originally willing to split custody evenly, has, as of late, been playing full-time mom to both children.

For now, the youngsters will remain in Los Angeles until Grammer's June 27 hearing.

Yea - I read the new wifey didn't want to live in California with Kelsey's ex there. So, I guess they are living in Chicago instead. Problem is now he doesn't get to see his kids (that he left to have the sordid affair with the English cow in NYC). So now, Kelsey is going to pick a fight with this ex, stick it to her for custody of the kids.

USED TO LIKE KELSEY - HIS CONTINUED TO MAKE FOOLISH PERSONAL CHOICES THAT HURT THOSE AROUND HIM!!! HE NEEDS TO GROW UP.

Kelsey is a HORRIBLE person. Camille is not the nicest person but she seems like a good mother. I suspect he just wants Camille to suffer and he's willing to use his young children to do it.

I always find it amazing that when a couple is married and living together, they consider themselves fully capable of raising their children as a team. Then, it seems like when they divorce, they consider each other incapable of doing the same thing.

I dont blame Kelsey for divorcing Camille, shes a horrible selfish woman, who only thinks about herself.
No child should ever be left with her for anything, I hope Kelsey ends up keeping them.
Just because Camille, had a woman to carry her own children for her for 9 months, doesnt mean shes qualified to be called mother, or to act like one for any child.

Think about it, who will be taking care of the children if he gets full custody, surly not him because men like him don't take care of the kids. The duties will fall on the new wife and then 4 more nannies in the kids life. Mr. Judge give the custody to the mother no matter how weird she is she is the only mother they have known and keep them in their environment of friends and schools. Kids don't like change.

He's got some nerve filing for anything but his nails. I'd stick it too him so hard that he won't want to file for anything but nails. He just needs to worry about his new wife and kids, and child support. He sure won't get custody and doesn't need to file for it either!
