It was a night of miracles and perfect scores on 'Dancing with the Stars.' But before Monday night's performances there was a catastrophic rehearsal injury between Hines Ward and Kym Johnson."It was a difficult move," Ward said. "I was supposed to swing her through my legs and lift her up and all my weight just came down on the back of her neck."
Johnson was rushed to the hospital and had to practice in a neck brace, but amazingly she recovered and was ready to go for Monday's performance. The pair went out and scored a perfect 30 for their opening tango.

Kym and Hines did great last night. I hope Chelsea goes home tonight, she is getting a attitude. I thought Ralph did well too.

I have to agree. I don't like Chelsea's attitude, or her partner's, at all!
i thought Kyle and Bristol were better.

I hope ABC's blantant attempt to keep Chelsea in the finals backfires on them and she is the one to leave, not Ralph. And that is unfortunate as I really liked Chelsea. Just was not fair to anyone.

Chelsea is the best one! I like and respect Hines, but Mark and Chelsea the best dancers. Period.

If Kym wouldn't have been able to go for Monday night's show, I heard that Troy Polamalu was going to take her place as Hines' partner.

I'm sorry, but that's hilarious! I love Troy, and I'm not even a Steelers fan.
I'm sorry, I left the room after Chelsea won against Kirstie. I thought she was a head of the beat majority of the Cha-cha and her and Mark were not insync. I was totally put off by the judges this week. They didn't have a single critic for Kirstie but still only gave her 9's, while they said they were disappointed in Chelsea and gave her higher marks. It felt weird. If Kirstie goes home this week, I won't watch the finals. Kirstie's first dance was so beautiful, it almost brought me to tears.

Thank God that Kym is alright. This could've been MUCH worse. What a beautiful, amazing girl!

Omg. Hines is laughing after he practically kills her. I can tell you as a man bigger than Hines (he is listed as 6'0" 205 lbs., I'm 5'11" 245 lbs.) and way more muscular than him, I would be terrified and in shock if I just pile drove a girl into a hard wood floor. I would be terrified because I would have thought I just killed her which is what any extra large strong muscular man would feel. I would never have had an initial gut reaction of laughter or smiling. I would have been aghast at what just occurred and called 911 or had the production crew check on her immediately but the film crew just kept filming. She could have been paralyzed or killed so easily with that type of accident. Pause the video right when he is sitting up after he crushes her. At first, for a brief moment there is a look of terror on his face, and then right away he has a huge smile on his face and what appears to be laughing starting. Frankly I don't understand his reaction at all. Why in the name of holy God would you laugh after falling on top of a woman with all of your hard body weight in such a hazardous position where it's likely her neck will be snapped?????

And also, he is crying so much later on during the day, and now I think I know why. He knew full well that there was video of him smiling and laughing after hurting her. Even in video provided here, notice how the shot is cut away during the replay of the incident/accident. The shot fades out right when he begins to have his big smile on his face which tells me he is pleased with what just happened. You don't smile unless you are happy. Not with such an immediate reaction, it is a gut reaction to happen so quickly and you can't fake that. It's how you truly feel when it happens so quickly. So whoever made this video, realizing that he is smiling and perhaps laughing has only released this small portion of the accident. And they cut away during the slow motion portion because it would cause such an outcry and negative reaction of fans of DWTS if they were to see him smiling. Well, I am the first one to notice it I think. And I ask for someone to release the full unedited tape of the incident so we can see if he is laughing at her. And then the guilty over done crying later on for the camera. Preemptive acting?

Maybe he was just super nervous and had a malfunction of the brain and this caused the inappropriate smiling. He appears to be a nice enough chap and a good guy. It's just very odd. Very strange.
